| On Tuesday episode of Contra Viento y Marea, on Univision, a dame in a maid's uniform was thrown face down on the ground. The villain leers over her with a rope in his hand as the show goes to a commercial. About two(?) commercials later the camera pans into a shack and the maid is seated, back to the wall, detective gagged, hands behind back, legs bound in front. A chain is also shown secured to the wall but the shot is to brief to see if it is shackled to the DiD. I haven't scanned the tape but I think that was all yesterday. I presume the scene will continue on Wednesday's episode.
Please note the show starts at about 8:03 pm and runs to 9:05 pm if you plan on taping Contra Viento y Marea Univision Dec 21 08:00pm EST Series/Soaps, 60 Mins. |

| Picked up yesterday, should get good today.
Shiela wakes up hands tied (white rope)in front by Tom. Lauren wakes up on a bed in the same room in the same predicament. Lauren gets untied by Tom, the episode ends with Lauren choking Shiela, pissed for trying to blow her up on the boat. Two lines Tom says to Shiela. 1."If I hear another word from you, I'll get out the duct tape" 2."even though I have you tied up and totally helpless. Are these writers good or what?? I hope Lauren gets to use the duct tape on Shiela today, then Tom gets mad at her, and she is taped up as well |

| Borderline topicality, but..
On page 69 of the current issue (Kelly Clarkson on cover) Annie Hardy of Giant Drag 'cleave gags' herself with a knife to good effect. Also on page 32, Christian Aguilera as a 'naughty nurse' is handcuffed to her boyfriend. And on page 110 there is that still of Jessica Alba with her hands tied from Sin City that has been posted here about 2000 times. |

| Dissapointment here, ends in the first half hour with only two scenes. In the first segment there is a shot up her body showing her well tied but the gag is dissapointing. A blue over the mouth affair that has been very sloppily applied. Near the end of the half hour she is rescued by her hero and a friend with no very good shots of her gagged as she is freed. I didn't think the scene was worth saving. |

| I just watched the first few minutes of the episode of "Hunter" in which two good-looking women, a rich man's wife and her assistant, are bound and gagged by a home invader. Both ladies are forced to lie facedown the floor, and are gagged with duct tape and have their hands tied behind their backs. The wife is then kidnapped by the home invader.
This scene is a milestone in the annals of female bondage in the mainstream media. It marks the occasion that duct tape began replacing white adhesive tape as the gag of choice for villains on television and in movies. This topic was discussed before; when were the first recorded instances of duct tape being used to gag a damsel on television and in a movie? |

---- IMO, the IMDB "User Comments" are usually useful -- as long as one isn't expecting too much from a FREE source, since (as long as the movie isn't an obscure one) often at least one user is good enough to have entered several paragraphs providing a synopsis of the movie. Of course, if one is looking for a more blow-by-blow summary, you can go to the bookstore for compilations where 1-2 pages is devoted to each movie reviewed. Another free source might be newspaper or magazine online archives, where the main critic's style is to provide "spoiler" reviews of each scene. |

In Birds of Prey she hasn't been bound in a few issues. The last time I remember was when she went up against a teenage villainess called Black Alice. Black Alice, at the time using Zantana's magic, ordered trees to tie Black Canary up and gag her. I can't remember the exact issue number, I'll look for it. The bondage hood scene occured in one of the issues of Identity Crisis, a DC miniseries. In that issue she is first handcuffed and then the bondage hood is fastened over her head. This is done by Deathstroke before she could even take a breath. The bondage hood is black and is a complete hood. Skytower |

lingerie and discussing the concept with Heidi before proceeding.One designers idea was Tie Me Up and Heidi finished the sentence with "Tie Me Down". Do knot know what evolved after that,but the show Project Runway repeats several times during the week. |

| Ok, so now in my right mind (as opposed to the oft-present "wrong"/drunken scotsman one), I've decided that last little blurb was tom-foolery. I appologize to Jos, and I'm sure you understand me getting defensive over my wee clip -- That crap takes a long time to make! The editting to forever simply because I was TRYING to eliminate story elements intentionally. I hate it when there are long shots of menial characters spouting crap dialogue in the middle of a good scene.
At any rate, I'll re-post my summary in case anyone wants to use it in a DB entry: Hunter plays Robin Williams' wife. Williams' character finds a dead body in a dumster and wants to use it to claim insurance and remedy his poor fiscal situation. The two hitmen who offed the guy find out about it, and one of them goes to his house -- only to be attacked by Hunter. So, he ties her up and him and his buddy greet Williams with his wife B+G'd, and with a plan to use him to get them the money from the dead body. One of the hitmen is cooking while conversing at length with Hunter. Later, she is cleavegagged offscreen as Williams takes a phone call from the captors at his house. In the last noteworthy scene, Hunter has been tied on the bed, as the morning after the initial kidnappping a ransom exchange is to be made. That's about it. |
