The Protege 2021
Maggie Q is captured near the end of the movie in Vietnam. She's lying on a bed with her hands ziptied and woken up for food. Then Michael Keaton's character tells her captors to kill her so they hang her with a long blanket but she manages to escape and untie herself.

Re: Best Gagged Sounds
Another nice example of a damsel responding via gag-talk to instructions is Evan Rachel Wood in 'The Missing'. When asked by her captors if anyone in the group can skin a deer, she utters "Mmmee....Ah chhhan......." ("Me. I can.")

I just like how it's all so matter-of-fact. And as I often say, there's never enough scenes with cleave-gag-talk, especially of the gagged-but-calmly-accepting-it variety.

Damsel gag-talking in acceptance
Speaking of gag-talking and The Missing scene that was mentioned earlier, what other scenes comes to mind where the damsel has simply accept her situation and she just gag-talks through her gag without begging or demanding to be ungagged or released?

Danger in the Spotlight
Guessing the Jessica Morris scene in "Danger in the Spotlight" wasn't much with no posts.

Anyone catch it for a rundown?

FYI, Anna Marie Dobbins already filming another movie with another perfect DID scenario. Hopefully, she'll be back on the receiving end next time.

Nana (1998)
Does this scene exists? Anyone can confirm? Cause the name of the movie doesn't bring any results

Title: Nana (1998)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Clementine Aurore

Description: About five minutes into the movie, they drag her out of her bed, tie her up on the floor (hands behind, ankles -- excellent close-up of her wriggling stockinged feet while the rope is applied) and gag her with a silken cloth. After having her envelopped in a rag, they kidnap her in a van and bring her to their hiding-place where they release her almost immediately from her bonds. The damsel only wears a teddy.

In the second scene, near the end of the film, they grab her again and hold her captive in a mental ward. At one point, they put her in a straitjacket. Next, she's gagged with a bit-gag and held down on the bed to be treated with electroshocks. Before they can do any harm to her, her many friends (she's gathered a whole crowd during the movie) break in a window and come to her rescue.

Angelica Nikoleva in "Just Sex, Nothing Personal" (2018) (posted on the ScreenTies site), who when the authorities burst in on her place answers their questions rather matter-of-factly thru her ballgag, and doesn't demand to be released from her leather restraints even while much of her place gets re-possessed.

Secret Lives of a College Freshman - Sarah Grey
LMN has The Secret Lives of a College Freshman scheduled for Sept 24. Promotional poster for this movie has star Sarah Grey loosely cleave-gagged with her hands bound in front and legs bound at ankles.

Unfortunately, after these two weekends of cheerleader themed thrillers, Lifetime's schedule for September and October are all tearjerkers, weepies and pulled from life movies, and then their Christmas programming starts in November, so it looks like Lifetime is pretty much done for the year.

Sister network LMN still has thrillers through September (October hasn't been revealed yet), but the trailers for most of them are already available and don't seem too promising.

Aforementioned Anna Marie Dobbins has another movie for Sept 24, this one called Dying to Marry Him, but it's another Lifetime Movie Club exclusive for their streaming channel. Vague press release also doesn't make clear if she's the goodie or baddie: "No longer recognizable, Amy returns to her hometown and becomes the wedding planner for her first love with her mind set on getting him back no matter what the cost."

Actually, looks like I was wrong. Lifetime still has some thrillers scheduled for September, they just don't draw attention to them in their press materials.

Psycho Intern starring Emmanuelle Vaugier is scheduled for Sept 12, " A small startup hires a young male intern. When he starts staying late to help a new female project manager, they have a one-night stand. Embarrassed by the incident, she apologizes and breaks things off quickly, but the intern isn't ready to let go and stalks her day and night."

Trouble in Suburbia for Sept 18,

Wheels of Beauty for Sept 19, plot synopsis "When Brittany enrolls in an auto racing school, her mentally unstable instructor Andrew falls in love with her and tries to roll over everybody in her life. Stars Shelby Yardley." This one is from Doug Campbell who has an excellent track record with Stalked by My Doctor, Web Cam Girls, My Daughter's Ransom and Deadly Mile High Club.

Deadly Debutante for Sept 25, "A group of popular private school girls enter a most regal and respected Debutante pageant for a chance to win the coveted crown. Competition turns sinister when things go too far in this thriller."

She was knocked out via injection about 1:35:00 into the movie. AMD’s character drags her upstairs and places her into a tub. No bonds because the sedative she was injected with apparently causes some sort of temporary paralysis. Someone comes knocking at the door of the house and AMD goes back to the bathroom to shove a white rag in Jessica Morris’s character’s mouth. Some close ups and eventually the sedative wears off.

I knew I went to the wrong college, but I never saw this sort of thing featured in any of the brochures.
