| There are some actresses that seem to never play in movies or series where they'd get bound and gagged, however, it seems that a full treatment still managed to get in their filmography. I think that Natalie Portman - she usually stars in artsy and Oscar-bait movies - and Anna Kendrick - she is a comedian for the most part and she always plays wacky / cute characters - are typical examples of actresses of this type. Can you think of others? |

| Saw a trailer for this movie tonight. Might be nothing in it, but the book it is based on, which in turn is based on a true story, has Jodie Comer's character sort of stuff gagged with a medieval style hat when she is assaulted. The one issue is the book leaves it open whether the woman was telling the truth or merely getting back at her husband's rival. |

The born-again supermodel usually appeared in comedies or sappy Hallmark Channel TV-movies. Cindy Crawford in "Body Guards" (2000). Best known as the first hostess for "MTV House of Style", she received the full-treatment in this comedy -- playing herself(!). |

Ireland actually did a handful of movies that had DID potential. I recall recording a few in the hopes of a miracle. She did one movie about a detective in Miami Beach or something, I think it aired only on Showtime. Had potential in the premise but nothing happened. My biggest hope for her before Gridlock was "The Presence", a TV movie about a bunch of people who crashed on an island and stumbled upon some nuclear plot. Was hoping Kathy or someone in that cast would get something but not to be. Ireland must have had some deal with NBC, because I think a few of her TV movies appeared there, Gridlock, The Presence and I think a few others. |

| Scene begins around the 30-minute mark. Two women tied to chairs: the character "Nina" and an older African American woman whose character name I don't know. Hands taped behind back, rope wrapped around upper body. Scene just started as I write this, not sure if gags will be involved. |

I don't think you could realistically hope for much more from a soap, except duration. (They're sure to be rescued tomorrow.) They were bouncing their chairs and really selling it. Weird thing I thought was that although Nina was supposedly restrained by her female co-captive, her bonds looked better than those the male villain applied to "Phyllis." The way the villain lunged forward to push the tape onto Nina's mouth was good. |

On the next tape, it was smooth but clearly loose. Still very nice scene for those waiting a long time for a classic DID scene for Watros. Also nice to see her in that spot since most of her soap roles had her as a badass or psycho. |

| Excellent news :). So presumably an otm-style wraparound? Be happy with a non-wraparound tapegag too especially if it's wide, nose to chin and ear to ear etc. Any mention of mouth-packing? Just v.happy she got a decent scene, period. |

| Great news to finally have a scene for Rebecca verified. Hopefully some good scenes in film and tv will appear in 2021's last few months. This time next week we should know how good Freida Pinto's scene is or isn't in Intrusion. Presuming it is her, of course. |

| Being a Cinema Traditionalist I wasn't overly happy that Dune was being released on HBO Max at the same time as its cinema release. But that scenario does have its advantages when it comes to 'us' seeing certain scenes asap lol. |

Sorry, I don't regularly watch and don't know the names of the other heroines; I was just flipping stations. No gags and freed after a couple of minutes. |

| According to a recent interview with Rebecca on ew.com she is extremely claustrophobic and her scenes on the ornithopter were very difficult for her to shoot. Being bound and tapegagged wouldn't have helped either :/. So kudos to Rebecca she's a real trooper, suffering for her art. And we get a scene we will probably idolise for evermore :). |

I love it when a villain (or even better, villainess) gloats over the B&G heroine and then walks out (preferably with one final satisfied smirk), leaving the helpless, despairing victim behind. |
