I'm still not convinced she has a scene and I'm going to strongly encourage people here to not get their hopes up either. We have one person who definitely saw the movie that says no scene, and we have a person who may or may not have seen the movie that does. Their two accounts vastly very too. Obviously we want the second option, but there's just not really a way to pick which one is more reliable right now. October just needs to be here already and we can all be happy or disappointed. |

They just load up the next couple future episodes with descriptions on Hulu when it comes to their own shows. The synopsis for episode 7 definitely appears interesting. Could happen at the end of that episode or it could set up the scene for the future. Keep an eye on their clothes and when Mabel and Oliver are alone. |

Well I guess we might not need to wait that long but the global premiere will start today: https://www.reddit.com/r/dune/comments/po6wia/dune_global_premieres_2021/ CMIIW but this global premiere is when any people can watch in the theatre that provides the movie within certain time only, right? I guess some pirate stream will have the movie even tho in cam version soon lol |

I thought after some initial confusion the reddit poster who saw it in Venice did clarify that Rebecca does have a scene. I like to believe most people when they post confirmations. Obviously there are some folks out there who get their kicks out of spreading false rumors but most people generally tell the truth. But yes the proof will be when there are multiple confirmations of course. |

When someone else asked a more direct question, they said Rebecca is indeed gagged. And I have no reason to believe the person who told me of the scene is lying. Believe what you may, but it would be pretty hard to justify cutting the scene when it is so integral to the story. |
Wednesday September 15 07:35:04 2021 Re: Dune - Rebecca Ferguson |
That list of release dates by country tells a sad tale for an Aussie like me. Australia has to wait until December :(. And why? Because the two largest Australian cities are in covid lockdown, their cinemas are all closed. Where most of the box office takings will be situated. So the rest of us in the country have to wait. So I'll be very keen to see any relevant scenes posted here way before that naturally. |

Searched the AMA out of curiosity. Original vague question is deleted, but this one remained: https://i.imgur.com/Myu8JaZ.jpg FYI, MaybeMaybi is the original poster. Seems positive to me. Excellent work to whomever of us phrased it in this way... The bit about it being like the book is interesting. It's described as a 'band' in the original text, with some suggestion of mouth packing that gets 'spat out'. The Abrams ComicArts graphics novel of Dune feels pretty faithful, which is an OTM with packing. All speculative, of course - and there's no way the OP is as bothered about the details as we are - but it'll be fun to find out. (Dunno why I'm so invested in this, haha) |
Wednesday September 15 09:30:39 2021 Noisy bondage |
What are some scenes where the bondage of the damsels themselves makes a lot of noise as they move or whatever? I guess chains scenes would be likely examples but also damsels wrapped in tape and especially Sellotape (like that scene from earlier this year with the girl completely taped up in Sellotape in the hotel - her every movement causing sound) or the woman wrapped in blue film in Woman of 9.9 Billion |

On September 15 2021 (unsigned poster) wrote: > Are there other scenes where damsels are asked to produce > their own bindings? Rope, duct tape, etc. Record number: 825 Title: The Name of the Game Medium: TV Series Actress: Shirley Jones Description: Episode: "The Third Choice" (1.24) After she falls for the charms of the series' lead character (Gene Barry) and lets him in on the location of a (male) co-worker of his she had a hand in kidnapping, he lays her on a sofa and binds her in a front hogtie, tape-gagging her after assenting to her request for a kiss. The scene includes some classic dialogue: GB: "Do you have any rope of tape?" SJ: "Clothesline, why?" GB: "I'm going to tie you up and gag you." SJ: "That's hardly necessary." GB: "Would you get the rope?" She does. Tags: bonddesc_anklestogether, bonddesc_handsinfront, gagtype_tape, onscreen_gagging, onscreen_tying, outfit_skirt, restraint_rope |

Wednesday September 15 14:09:10 2021 Love, American Style? |
I don't see this in the database, but I don't think I imagined it. Anyone else remember a scene in "Love, American Style" where Susan Tolsky gets tied up and asks her captor, "Are you going to gag me?" He did. |
Wednesday September 15 14:34:03 2021 Re: Dune - Rebecca Ferguson |
The new advance information has had a chance to get to everyone, so let's end the debate now. When there is something new, bring it up, but for now let's move along. |

Just saw it, it has been realised early here Pretty disappointing for me, there is no capture scene, and not the scene with the baron She is just shown directly in a space ship, gagged with what looked like a latex otm gag, if you want to know what it's like, it really looks like a wrap around black tape gag The scene is quick, and have great close up on her face, good for screencaps, but that's all, in my opinion |

On September 13 2021 (unsigned poster) wrote: Scene ended today with both women rescued. The guy freeing Nina took a few seconds to stop and tell her to hang on and that he loved her. (Perfectly normal while you're in the middle of a burning building.) For that interval she still had some ropes around her and the tape was hanging from one side of her mouth. He pushed her outside just as some wood fell on him and knocked him out. He's had amnesia for months, and his wife is just about to marry his best friend, so this being a soap, he will now regain his memory. Anyway, pretty good scene. |

Nice catch. You could tell in the second part of the scene on Tuesday the gag was very loose on her face. Pretty absurd they need to do that. I mean c'mon. |
Wednesday September 15 18:49:05 2021 Re: Dune - Rebecca Ferguson |
Hmmmn. Always thought the Baron's scene with Jessica was as important as her escape scene, but obviously this version has different priorities. Sounds like her scene will last maybe a minute if that. Gag sounds interesting though, hope it is wide and tight. Nice contrast with her Mission Impossible cleave. There probably is more to her scene a 4hr version was being considered so we may see more of her with an extended Bluray cut. Anyhow better than nothing. Keen to see a screenshot or two now and also how she's bound. Beautiful actress. |
Wednesday September 15 20:26:37 2021 Re: Dune - Rebecca Ferguson |
We need a photo of her predicament. I've been looking everywhere but nothing so far. I remember when the 1984 film came out there was a tie-in photo storybook - for kids no less(definitely not a kids film lol). This kids book had several photos of Francesca Annis sporting her panel gag. Remember perusing that book at the newsagents many times ;). Probably should have bought it but my allowance probably couldn't cover it. Different times. |
