Also, it's a cartoon but Batman under the Red Hood where Joker betrays Black Mask. A lot of burly mobster dudes just have their hands tied but for some reason he felt the need to hogtie and gag the one secretary girl (who's struggling really hard while the main guy tries to talk to Joker). They're briefly set on fire before Batman puts them out with foam. |

| TV series Level 9 Leslie Hope is bound and gagged by herself in the beginning and later is joined by the putz. They work together to get untied and she is still wrap tape gagged and he is not gagged ( which is great - in my opinion) Big Gag Fan |
