| Has anyone else gone back to a scene they saw when much younger and was disappointed it wasn't as good as they remember it. Such as the 1950's superman tv series. I saw them on some obscure tv station as re-runs of re-runs and couldn't wait for lois to get into trouble. But now, many of the scenes seem to have lost a lot of appeal. (poor bondage, poor gags, poor set ups) Just not as good as I remember them |

| Putzes are intolerable, period. But if they must appear the aforementioned scenario is preferable. Guess the classic example is Dune. The '84 film, and now apparently the 2021 film. Don't recall the 2000 mini-series very well think the damsel's scene was so short as to be negligible |

| I feel dumb because I know I’ve asked about this scene and was answered before but I’ve used so many different terms to search for it and for the life of me I just can’t find it. Anyways: not entirely sure of what country the scene is from. It’s definitely not American. Basic gist is this guy has to keep tying people up as they come into his apartment. There are a couple putzes I think, but there are 3 (maybe 4?) bound and gagged girls. Some are wrapped in Saran Wrap and others are tied up with tape. They’re all gagged with tape. One unique element I remember is one of the damsels was actually standing with her back to the chair, and her lower body was tied to the chair with saran wrap. I hope that’s not too vague but I can’t remember how to find the scene haha |

| Recently came across a copy of the April '21 edition of The Bare Magazine, featuring glorious pix of Sophia. Hadn't seen her for a while. She's grown her hair out and looks absolutely beautiful. See she's filmed Dungeons&Dragons in Ireland recently. Don't expect much in that unless she plays captured-princess-dragon-bait. More likely she'll be a warrior elf or something. Sadly the proposed Western she was meant to be starring in as a kidnapped girl(The Thicket)isn't happening now thanks to covid. We can only hope there's some DiD-friendly roles on her horizon as she's going to be a stunning looking lady for many years to come :). |

The chapters of the book each begin with a different quote from Princess Irulan (it's a whole thing) The scene with Jessica starts in Book I, in the section after the quote "There should be a science of discontent . . ." I hope that helps. |

| Probably just for completists or superheroine fans, there was a half-assed pseudo-scene on last night's Supergirl. At the end of the episode, Supergirl confronts a magical villainess only to have her legs bound in magical ice (or something). Since Supergirl is vulnerable to magic, she is immediately rendered helpless. Kind of a dumb scene, but Melissa Benoist does some good struggling and there's some A+ villainess dialogue including the classic, "struggle all you want." Could have been awesome if she was probably bound. Ah well. |

| Sophia does look rather lovely in that magazine shoot; longer hair suits her. She should make another Nancy Drew film sporting that look. Finally adapt one of the stories where Nancy's in proper peril. The IMDB still lists 'The Thicket'. Status is 'planned' so it could still shoot at some point. Hope they do make it the plot sounds like a cracking adventure in the vein of Ron Howard's The Missing almost 20 years back. Do love a great Western they are so rarely made these days. Any bondage is always an added bonus of course! |

In one episode ("The Love Affair"), Maggie Pierce is tied up along with Solo & Iilya, sitting in a circle, and one she is gagged, while the 2 man are not. In the episode "My Friend the Gorilla Affair", 2 woman and (I think) 3 men are all sitting on the floor tied up, and only jungle girl Vitana Marcus gets tape gagged (because she can call animals, or some such thing) Also, in one of the "Justine" movies, (this sorta counts), Daneen Boone is strapped to a gurney and gagged with a cloth stuffed in her mouth while her male friend is also tied to a gurney & interrogated with questions (although after a few minutes, she is ungagged and the cloth is stuffed into HIS mouth while SHE gets fired with questions next) |

| Skimmed through a cam version of Queenpins featuring Kristen Bell and Kirby Howell-Baptiste. Nothing except for the most completists of collectors. Early on they are driven to a second location as they plot their coupon scam and are forced to wear a sleepmask blindfold on the way to. Towards the end, they are arrested in the middle of the night and have their hands presumably handcuffed behind. |

This one is worth bringing up because not only is the woman the only one gagged but she is the actually the tougher and more capable fighter. Just goes to show that you never know when a character who’s supposed to be a badass heroine could also end up helpless for plot purposes. Record number: 25601 Title: Army of One (2020) Medium: Movie Actress: Ellen Hollman Description: In this movie, Hollman plays a Specical Force woman that tries to take revenge for the murder of her husband. So, at 17min into the movie Brenner (Hollman) along with her husband discover a Cartel compound in the cabin they are hiking. Before they manage to run away they both get captured by the bad guys. In the next scene, Brenner wakes up to find herself gagged with a strip of silver tape and her hands bound behind her back, sitting on the floor. Her husband is ziptied on a chair and gets beaten by the bad guys. Brenner struggles and mmmmmphs as the bad guys teases her and continue to beat up her husband. Couple of nice close ups of her, during the scene. |

I haven't seen this movie in decades, so I don't remember why or how, but Tom Selleck and Laura San Giacomo end up in the back of a wagon. He's beaten up and she's tied and gagged. | New trailer has been released which reveals a lot of plot details. Doesn't appear that Anya Taylor-Joy will be getting any sort of bondage as she's rather violently bumped off. Perhaps something for Thomasin McKenzie who does some amateur sleuthing. With its time-travel sub-plot etc it's been likened to a darker episode of Dr Who so will be surprised if there is anything of interest. Looks very slick though. |

| My favorite Lifetime movie, FAMILY VANISHED (2018). Kinda an attempt at a PG-13 Last House On The Left for bored housewives. Home invaders take an All-American family hostage and the hot daughter (Elise Luthman) gets cleave-gagged after an escape attempt very early in the film and has to spend an entire weekend that way (Even having to sleep gagged & hogtied). Her parents just get tied (OK, dad briefly gets a gag). At no point does the mom or dad ever say to the villains "Hey, our daughter's had that gag on all day, I think she's learned her lesson, could you please take that thing out of mouth?" or "Is that gag really necessary? She's a good girl and I promise she won't scream if you take it off". They just... weirdly never mention it? At all. The poor girl must have just sat there sucking on that wet rag for hours and thinking "Gee mom and dad, you can ask them to take this gag off me any time now...Mom? Dad?" |
