Angry/annoyed mmphing is always the best imo. The ones I can hear in my mind without watching...

Olivia Dejonge's muffled "what the [f] is going on" in Better Watch Out. Kristin Chenoweth right after she gets tape gagged in Family Weekend, and a few minutes later as she's pleading for help in the closet. Ursula Andress's "you son of a bitch" in Red Sun. Evangeline Lilly gave two amazing gag talks, one in her 2nd scene from LOST where she says "I know you're beard is fake", and then she tops that years later in Little Evil with her muffled "get away from me!" Dulce Maria also puts on a prolong performance in Rebelde.

But perhaps my favorite is Trish Stratus, who has a great blend of worried mmphing that turns into pain and finally anger once she's challenged to match by her kidnapper, which is especially enticing coming from such a badass babe.

At least next week we’ll be getting some pretty decent looking cleave gags by the looks of things between Cheer for Your Life and Party From Hell.

Meredith Hagner also did some excellent mmmppphhhing in her Search Party scene she had. Her duct tape gag got loose later on in the scene but she still gave it her all.

I do know that Teri Hatcher was stuff-gagged in an episode of MacGyver. I think he found her bound and gagged in an abandoned mine. Hasn't she been bound and gagged eleven times in her acting career?

Raiders Of The Lost Ark 40th Anniversary
40 years since Raiders was released, how time flies! Karen Allen has been active of late appearing at various events to celebrate the anniversary. In one recent interview she describes how she fought to keep Marion's character independent and proactive, but admitted at times she became "a true damsel in distress". And aren't we forever grateful! Her tent-bondage scenes are among the most iconic DiD scenes of all time. Saw the film at a drive-in in late '81 and had no idea her scene was coming up, believing(along with Indy himself)she had been blown up. What a marvellous surprise when Indy stumbles into that tent to see Karen bound and so tightly(and wetly)cleave gagged. Made one of my all-time favorite films absolutely perfect. Marion was by far the best of Indy's female foils; it would be only fitting if she makes an appearance in Harrison's final film as his wife.

I'm quite certain she's been bound and gagged FAR more than just a mere 11 times. She's had such an extensive DID history that there was even a website dedicated to her bondage scenes. You can view it here in the web archive.

Forgot all about Mary Louise Parker in Red. Definitely a keeper not just with her excellent duct tape gag but also her plentiful gagged mmmppphhhing which is quite animated.

I could go on for a while on this topic.

I've always liked Katy Manning's gag talk in Doctor Who. The wo-wo-wo-wo thing she makes right before working off the gag.

Also liked Joanna Lumley's efforts in Class Act. First, I love the sounds she makes as her gag is being tied. Then, there is the frustration as a bomb begins to tick down and she can't get free. Then, it's her efforts to tell her would-be rescuer that there's a bomb about to go off.

The funny thing is in both scenes, they are mocked. Manning by the Doctor, a co-captive, who surmises that he thinks he liked her better with the gag. And Lumley by her rescuer, who tells her the gag kind of suits her (which, no surprise, I agree).

Linda Thorson's scene in the Stay Tuned episode of The Avengers should be on the list. As she watches Steed being tormented on the other side of a two-way mirror, she tries to yell through her gag a few times. Some of it comes across as grunting, but the times that she yells Steed's name, two or three times, it kind of comes out as something like a, 'Theed!' sound the one time and sort of like 'Shtreed!" another.

One of Michelle Rouillard's scenes in Tu Voz Estereo is pretty good. She is being held captive with another woman. The second woman is able to work her bonds with Michelle's help, and she ungags herself and Michelle. What I love about this is when they hear the captor's footsteps outside, Michelle basically tells the other woman that she has to re-gag her. She's giving instructions while being gagged, which goes on for a bit -- even after the other woman has gagged herself -- and is pretty cool, especially if you're in the crowd that believes gags don't have to drown out every sound, but just be effective enough not to alert anyone or subvert communication. She's obviously audible but it has a nice distorted sound to it.

An amusing scene is Simone Thomalla, when she gets captured with Lisa Potthoff in Eintfuhr mich Liebling and she screeches through her gag when the captor snaps her cell phone in two.

Another favorite is the low groans of Patrice Martinez (Camhi) when she gets her maroon cleave gag in The Marked Man episode of Zorro. She makes this moaning sound to try to warn Sgt. Mendoza when he enters her cafe, but he is oblivious and is captured too. Then, when the also-bound Mendoza edges his way toward a knife, she makes these 'encouraging' moans as he makes progress.

One I like is Meilani Paul in Back in Business, not for selling the gag but for her affirming the robber's instructions with mutterings through her gag. Her jewelry store is being robbed, and she already is gagged, and she essentially mumbles, 'OK' into her gag a couple of times as the robber tells her to stay right there (which she does not do, as she crawls along the floor to set off an alarm). I think it's the fact she comes across as subdued (though obviously she is not) more than the gag talk.

For me, though, the topper is Susan Saint James in the McMillan and Wife episode Man Without a Face, when she gets gagged on-screen in mid-sentence. She completes her train of thought while being gagged. I just love that aspect, and it's still kind of unique when you think of all the shows with damsels getting gagged on-screen. Then she tries to warn her husband by placing a call, while tied to a chair and gagged, via an operator. Then, after minutes of frustration, Mildred walks in and gets a somewhat loud but distorted: 'Mildred!' from her.

I'd add that FrenchGuy's latest upload, the Spanish show Alba, is good for a lot of groaning when the damsel wakes up, comes to and figures her predicament.

Just as a reminder for everyone who might not know, the last post on Cheer for your Life says it airs this Sunday (Aug. 29) at 9:00 pm on Lifetime. The alerts page says this also.
According to my DirecTV guide though, it doesn't air until Saturday September 4.

This may be old news to you guys as I may have missed a post, but I know personally I was expecting it this Sunday until I checked it just now, so I hope this helps someone maybe who also thought it was airing on Aug. 29.

I'll add it on the Alerts page also.

Thanks for the update, hopefully the rest of the movies this weekend pan out. I guess similarly to this weekend’s back to back stuff gags so far, well get back to back cleavegags next weekend then with Nicolette Langley’s scene on the 3rd.

Josephine Skriver
Ran across this on google. Probably the closest thing to her getting tied up we’ll ever get (sadly). Wish it were a video instead but it is what it is.

According to IMDB, she's the daughter of actor Rob MORROW and actress Debbon Ayer, so it could well be she didn't create a "Stage-name".

Unconventional Gagged Sounds
Are there any scenes in which weird, involuntary sounds come out of the damsel due to the effect of the gag, e.g. gurgling in the throat as she struggles for breath?

Not so much weird, but I always liked Karla Monroig's very first cleave gagged utterance in La Casa De Al Lado ep 97. That strained, low-voiced gasp of "Aaaahgghhh...." as she tries to struggle on the floor sounded so hot. Not the most common sound I've heard a damsel make, I guess.

I'd never seen this before until you mentioned it, so I had a look & totally agree. LOVE the way she gag-talks "OK...." while calmly nodding her head; I feel like that's an all too rarely-seen scenario, where a compliant damsel answers back to her captor like that without resorting to the usual frantic mmpphhing/screaming/crying.

From the web thing:

Actor Rob Morrow named his little one Tu, which gave her the full name Tu Morrow. But apparently Tu isn't the only one in the family to have a unique first and last name that come together to form a word. "It's a tradition," said Morrow, whose wife is named Debbon Ayer. "She is debonaire!" says the actor.
