Wednesday August 04 00:51:02 2021 10 Years Ago - Rookie Blue (The One That Away) |
Today marks the 10th anniversary of the now legendary and classic Rookie Blue scene from the Season 2 episode, The One That Got Away. This scene became an instant DID classic and one that deservedly is on many favorites lists, and for excellent reason. I'll never forget the hype and excitement levels when the preview for it the week prior had a clear shot of Missy Peregrym gagged with duct tape (which she was long overdue for for so long) and when the episode finally aired the subsequent week, it didn't just live up to expectations, it far surpassed them. Not only was the gag itself excellent along with the scene, but who expected Missy to be blindfolded onscreen with duct tape? Tape blindfolds are exceptionally rare and for this scene to go the extra mile and have Missy tape-blindfolded along with gagged, this scene truly felt like a gift from the DID Gods. The many excellent close-ups and angles of her gagged and blindfolded face, and although not mmmppphhing or struggling as much as other damsels in some other scenes, what we got was still fantastic. It was an event for the ages when this scene aired. This scene still remains my top DID scene of all-time and it's one I'll never tire of watching. Missy Peregrym bound, gagged and blindfolded with duct tape is a sight I'll never get bored of seeing, and tot his day I've always been forever grateful for Rookie Blue's existance sorely for this scene. Missy is beyond gorgeous as is and what better way to make her even moreso than by having her eyes and mouth securely duct-taped. Hard to believe it's officially a decade already. I see this scene still being talked about fondly in the coming years. I'm hopeful we'll get some new DID scenes from Missy on FBI and it surely is only a matter of time before that show delivers as Rookie Blue did, but in the meantime we have this absolute crown jewel of a scene along with Missy's other full treatment scene she had with the Season 4 episode, Surprises. Missy and this sequence are forever to be in the DID Hall Of Fame. |

Nice find Pixy! Looks like a proper damsel-fest for blonde hottie Grace Ulloa, and Argentinean bondage is as stringent as all South American output usually is. Nice cloth bindings on her wrists, tight cleave too. Hopefully the blindfold stays off for some scenes so she's just gagged. Could be one of the DiD films of the year. |

Well it is a classic and fan favorite DID scene of many, and it sure doesn't feel like it was a decade ago to this day that it aired. Don't see the harm in marking and celebrating the occasion of such a beloved and famous DID scene. |

The pilots had no idea what is going on. The first flight attendant got tied than the other security guy turned on his partner and she was handcuffed as well and gagged. They were left with one guy guarding them and the security lady signaled the flight attendant to give her a hair clip from her head. She uses it to open the handcuffs and save the day. The second flight attendant got nothing |

Cast also featured a young Isabelle Huppert who was so wonderfully obsessed with Chloe Moretz in Greta. Yeah such a shame all the nubile lovelies weren't bound naked and gagged with Seventies-style elastoplast tape - would have made it an all-time classic. At least A Bell From Hell from around the same time had some nice f/t action for its gorgeous ladies. Particularly frustrating that the beautiful Lalla Ward never got the full, especially in Dr Who. In the novelisation of The Creature From The Pit there's a nicely written scene where Romana is bound to a chair, tightly cleave gagged and menaced by a knife-wielding villainess to ensure her silence. In the tv version she sits passively; bound but ungagged. Since the novel was written by the tv story screenwriter always wondered if she was always meant to be gagged in the episode but the director never bothered. As depicted in the novel it would have been a very sexy scene. Ah well :(. |

Wednesday August 04 09:11:50 2021 “Doppelgänger” scenes? |
What are some good scenes where the damsel is left tied up somewhere while someone else impersonates them? It feels like a niche genre of scene with not too many examples, but it’s a really fun scenario to me. Off the top of my head I can think of this happening on a couple Disney shows (K.C. Undercover, Hannah Montana) |

Alyson Hannigan was notably handgagged by her own doppelganger in one episode of Buffy (though tragically it didn't lead to a full treatment). Selena Gomez in Mote Carlo was also handgagged by her doppelganger, but it DID lead to a tied up scene, albeit with an apple gag! |

Oh I totally forgot about the Selena Gomez scene! It’s a shame that bondage and the gag were so lame. That’s probably why I didn’t think of it haha |

Wednesday August 04 15:01:28 2021 Raiders: the adaptation scene |
Does anyone have screen caps from raiders: the adaptation? I love the original scene, and since finding out about it I’ve always wanted to see the adapted version with Angela Rodriguez playing Marion. Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

Wednesday August 04 19:31:27 2021 Kate (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) |
Trailer for this just hit, comes out next month. I wouldn't hold my breath for this producing a new scene for MEW but anything is possible and there could be a surprise full treatment scene for her. It'd be nice if she got a new scene to amend for her crappy Gemini Man scene. |

Wednesday August 04 21:11:07 2021 Ashley Greene in Aftermath |
There’s a pretty nice for Ashley Greene scene towards the last 15 mins of this Netflix movie called Aftermath. Ashley is captured by this creep living in the walls of the house she and her husband just bought. He ambushes her from behind while she's wearing a robe and puts her in a sleeper hold (though we don’t see it). She wakes up with her hands chained above her in some creepy basement, and struggles for a bit. The creepy guy tries to knock her out with an injection but she manages to convince him not to for a while just as her husband gets home. Instead of knocking her out he grabs a rag and slowly stuffs it into her mouth to gag her. She chokes a little. Then they cut back and forth to her trying to escape, muffling through the stuff gag. She manages to break one of her thumbs and screams through the gag, but I’d able to slip her hand through the manacle, and escapes the basement in time to save her husband from the creepy guy. A 10/10 for an Ashley Greene fan like me, but may be a bit dark with bad camera angles for some. Worth clipping though. |
