| Good news about the Dragnet 1968 DVD. I purchased it when it first came out and my version did not have the opening bondage scene in the pilot. I e-mailed Shout - whom made the DVD - gave them a copy of my receipt of purchase and they sent me a new disk. This one does have the opening bondage scene. So, I guess they are correcting all the old versions. Good for them. I would have thought after it was already released, they would not care anymore. |

Yeah, it's awkward scheduling-the episode is due to air on channel 4 tomorrow (where most people will watch it), but they show it on E4 (a subsidiary station)a day in advance. But they wrapped up the storyline today, and sadly the one thing they didnt wrap up was Nancy ;P sorry, just using some humour to hide my disappointment :S |

I would've loved to have seen Nancy/Jessica get tied up and maybe even gagged but once again I get the familiar feeling of disappointment that soaps all too often provide. The thing that baffles me the most is why in the hell the description said "..where he finds Nancy tied up". Wouldn't it have been easier and more accurate to say something like "..where he finds Nancy being held hostage". I don't mind hoping for a scene out of pure speculation and not having the goods delivered but for Channel 4 to flat out LIE to us is pretty low. A similar thing happened with the MqQueen sisters, who were all reported to get "tied up and gagged" but were actually only tied while the gay dude got a gag (kick in the teeth). Granted, that wasn't Channel 4's fault, but still. =( However, since Hollyoaks produced one of my favourite scenes ever with the smoking hot cutie Hannah Tointon getting bound with duct tape and OTM gagged I still hope for another great scene in the future. |

Most likely explanation i would imagine is that the synopsis was based on an early draft of the script, perhaps at one point she was supposed to be tied up but the writer or director opted to go in a different direction. It's worth bearing in mind that the people who write these synopses haven't neccessarily seen the episodes they are writing about and they aren't deliberately misleading us - even if it does feel like it sometimes |

Scene is so long and good that main character even pauses and rewinds Anwar's character giving him a signal with morse code ALL while gagged. Very long and good scene. No mmphing from Anwar but plenty from other chick. Other actress also gagged in last scene. They are abducted pretty early on..so scene happens about 15-20 mins in. Enjoy! |

The part that is sometimes cut out is right after they show the victim alive and he's filming her. Then it transitions to the killer watching the film of her that he just made and he is reliving the scene as he watches the screen and pulls on his rope as if he is reliving his fantasy. Was that scene also included or was it cut in the good DVD? Thanks, just curious. |

People start grumbling about how a show is such a putz-fest, they won't watch it anymore, and then it pops. So this would be the third scene for Anwar... not bad, especially since she's an ass-kicker on the show. I realize the first two were blinkies, but still... This is why I never get down about shows with more than a few putz scenes. It means the show often has scenarios where people get tied up. It means both genders will get the treatment now and then, so we'll get the female DiD scenes we all enjoy. I don't care about ratios. Give me a couple of ladies in full treatment every season, I'm satisfied. |
