Thursday July 08 08:29:29 2010 Burn Notice |
USA Network is doing a marathon on Burn Notice today. If the 10pm is the one with the captured gal as discussed a week or two ago. If so, was she captured in the end of the previous episode at 9pm. |

Thursday July 08 16:23:00 2010 The Glades |
I noticed an ad on A&E today for a new police series called "The Glades" that starts soon. One of the female stars is Kiele Sanchez "Lost") - don't know much about the show but it might be worth checking out. |

Yeah, tonight's BN will have the captured brunette, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Remember, this is the "badass female operative" who gets captured, so I'm guessing no gag, and she gets let go quickly after agreeing to help Mike and the gang. We might get a "woman has a hood on, they pull the hood off and she's tapegagged underneath, then she gets ungagged" type scene, but I'd bet against this. Don't forget, this IS Burn Notice, which despite the two scenes for Gabby Anwar has consistently proven that it vastly prefers the putz to the damsel. Seriously, this show has such a fondness for B&G'd men that you'd think Quentin Tarantino directed it. But hey, I could be wrong about tonight, and hopefully I am. |

Hello Bit of a long time lurker but due to losing my dad I've not been keeping up with things. So, this summer so far? Have there been any scenes worth watching, tracking down, anything in any of the big movies so far? Thanks |

Thursday July 08 18:58:44 2010 Wonder Woman: back in the news, back in my mind |
Last week our favorite Amazon princess made the news for putting on a pair of 90's style stretch pants and it reminded me of all those bondageriffic scenes she's had over the years. There's one scene in particular that I thougt of that for the life of me that % can't locate and the community's help is appreciated: the scene is, I believe, the final page or panel. There's a cliffhanger reveal of Wonder Woman bound to a chair and cleave gagged. She looks pissed off too, as I recall. It could be from her 80's-90's series, or JLA, or JSA or, well you get the idea. Any help is appreciated. |

I think actually have this issue, but, unfortunately, it's buried deep in one of my closets, so I cannot locate it. Does the plot concern the origin of a villain who receives his powers from the god of war, Ares? In the final panel of the comic book, Wonder Woman is seen bound to a chair with chains, and gagged with a cloth tied between her teeth. She's wearing her trademark swimsuit outfit, and has a very indigant expression on her face. |

The scene is continued in the next issue but frankly the artwork isn't as good as #82. |

Not to nitpick Hadji but she actually has her hands tied together behind the chair with rope and they switched it out to chains in the next iss. Holy Continuity Error, Batman! |

Yeah I definitely feel your frustration. There are so many guys that are the villians in this show (pretty normal for most shows) and they seem to get B&G'd extremely frequently. And when they have the very rare female villian she never seems to get a gag, even if it would make sense. The annoying loud mouth biker guys girlfriend for example seemed to be begging for a gag but the didn't do it. Going in the trunk is often a guaranteed b&g for every bad guy that gets grabbed so I was pretty excited when they grabbed the assissin at the end of the last episode and then for some reason they didn't even clearly show her face. I'm with you in assuming there will be no gag. I hope I'm wrong though! |

Thursday July 08 23:22:02 2010 Rookie Blue |
Nothing on ROOKIE BLUE tonight. However, the preview for next week's episode gives us a slight possibility for a scene. "Andy McNally" (Missy Peregrym), the gorgeous dark haired police officer, gets a gun pointed at her while she is wearing regular clothing (not her uniform). It's not much to go on right now, but we can hope. |
