This interested me, and I was able to get access to both of the books that were mentioned. I hope the Moderator will allow, since these are direct book quotes.

In "America on the Rerun" by David Story, on page 105, he quotes Yvonne Craig as saying "When we did 'The Brain Killer Affair,' I was supposed to be tied up to a chair and gagged. And they honest to God tied me to the chair and gagged me and (then) they forgot about me and (I was panicked) anyway because I didn't like being tied up - you're really vulnerable when you're tied up. All stunt people now say, 'You just never do that!' I can't believe I let them do that. So they walked off to lunch and left me until someone remembered."
Seven years later in 2000, Ms. Craig told the story slightly differently in "From Ballet to the Batcave and Beyond." On page 113, "I distinctly remember shooting 'The Brain Killer Affair' with Elsa Lanchester. It remains vividly in my memory because it contains a scene in which I'm tied to a chair. No one advised me that it's not necessary to actually be tied to the chair unless, of course, they're shooting a close-up of it. One can just as easily wrap the ropes around one's wrists while holding onto both ends. This eliminates the possibility of being in jeopardy should something untoward happen on the set. Not knowing this, I succumbed to being tied up with my mouth taped for the scene. When everyone broke for lunch they almost left me there by accident, hungry devils!"
She makes no mention of her several bondage scenes in "Batman" other than mentioning in passing that the scene where she danced with hands (supposedly tied) behind her back while "Cossacks" swung swords at her legs was "a killer on the knees and thighs."

Really interesting stuff! Thanks for tracking it down. I'm a huge Yvonne Craig fan. It's funny how memory works because I don't think she was tied TO the chair in that scene and it's tape not rope. But they probably did bind her hands for real even though there was no need to.

I was skeptical about the "left for lunch" part but I can buy they almost did before a couple MMMPPPHHs reminded them.

Right! In fact, her being able to get up and hop over to the control panel is key to the scene.

Coronation stree possibility
Not sure this will lead to a full treatment scene but sounds like a character called Kelly is kidnapped in coronation street in the UK.

Rebecca Balding RIP
Late 1970s and early 1980s DID Rebecca Balding has passed away at 73. She was also in "Charmed" as Phoebe's boss, although I never recalled that.

Two FT scenes on her resume. She was also the original female reporter on "Lou Grant" only to be replaced after 3 episodes by Linda Kelsey.

Sorry to hear it.
"Silent Scream" was an absolute classic. Snooping, captured, B&G, struggling, and menaced by psycho. We don't get many like that.
