| Natalie Portman and the actress who played Valkyrie have a scene in the new Thor movie. They’re both restrained by CGI tentacles sort of like in stranger things and are gagged with them as well. Very good closeups and some decent gag talk. |

| Just saw the scene- it's actually pretty good, all things considering, and lasts for about 3 or 4 minutes (while the villain monologues), though theres frequent cutting to Thor himself. Both Portman and Thompson are captured individually, Portman's capture is pretty quick. Thompson has a moment where she's bound but not gagged and is taunted by Gorr. He prompts her into saying something, and just as she does, a tentacle gag slaps onto her mouth as if on cue and she has a nice "Mmph" and look of frustration. She's cast into the shadows, and when we next see her, she and Portman are side by side, arms fixed at their sides, both gagged. Most of the scene is them gazing at each other and Thor as Gorr menaces them. Gorr then begins to use a tentacle to strangle Portman to push Thor into summoning his axe. Plenty of low-key mmphing, and the sounds of their bonds stretching like rope as they try to break free is a nice touch |

| Does anyone know any scenes where the protagonist, who typically goes up against male opponents and usually kills them or beats them into a pulp, encounters a female opponent and then adjusts his strategy (out of some form of chivalry) and neutralizes her gently by tying her up instead of outright killing her? The only such scene I can think of is from a fight sequence in the KDrama City Hunter. |

Todays NY Post article Inside the Kinky World of Netflix and as an example show a bedroom with restraints.Perhaps they will show the wife/girlfriend demonstrating restraints during the episodes. |

| I'm only posting this because of earlier discussion, there is a small, small scene in Episode 8 where she's strapped to a gurney by several straps. It's maybe a couple of screenshots worth. But for anyone who was super disappointed, it's at least something. |
