| Title: Tarzan (1966) Medium: TV Series Actress: Julie Harris Description: Episode: "The Perils of Charity Jones, Part 2" (1.27) "At the end of Part 1, Charity Jones (Julie Harris) has been captured by some tribesmen, along with Tarzan's kid sidekick. After the titles Charity and the kid are shown being marched along with the tribesmen; both have a rope around their necks, with the free end being held by a tribesman. After they arrive at the village, they are put in a hut. Both have their hands bound behind them with white rope. The kid uses his teeth to untie Charity's ropes; she in turn frees him". While innocently skipping around channels today, ended up watching a few episodes of Tarzan, 1966 series on Decades'latest marathon. Saw this one, and there was something striking, don't think I've ever seen this written about on these pages before. The above scene, while otherwise a few quick minutes, and nothing extra special, was very noteworthy IMO. Julie Harris's hands were tied so tightly, and so securely, for the 2 - 3 minutes, I got to thinking. Her wrists were pulled back behind her back very tightly, and then X-crossed together, I genuinely believe this was the tightest I have ever seen hands tied in any mainstream scene. So, I question if anyone can think of other scenes which feature really, really tight binding. I recall tightest cleave gag was written about not that long ago, but not roping! Ideas? |

| With about fifteen minutes left Jennifer (Kaitlyn Black) gets knocked out by Garrett (Cameron Jebo).The next scene she is in his car's trunk hands tied in front of her and OTM gagged. We then see her about to give birth and tied spread eagle on the bed. She gets out her ropes and manages to kill Garrett. |
