Thursday June 14 07:25:20 2018 Incredibles 2 |
So I went to the theater today and watched the movie, and there is a scene for Elasti-Girl aka Helen Parr (voiced by Holly Hunter) where she is kidnapped by being hypnotized. Later she is restrained to a chair with some tech to keep her from using her superpower, and her hands are held too. No gag, but well kinda hot for those who like animated damsels. |

Seeing the trailer it doesn't seem too faithful an adaptation from the book, but there is a torture scene in the book where a young man is tied and gagged then interrogated. Nothing like what we see in the trailer. I'm going to speculate however, that the scene from the book is altered into a more kinky scene we see in the trailer. Seeing g the cast of the movie it seems like the character who got tortured in the book isn't there in the film. |

Well the villain does not directly hypnotize her, but when she tries to investigate the case further the villain suddenly put a goggle on her eyes and she is immediately hypnotized after a brief struggle if im not mistaken. |

Thursday June 14 14:17:19 2018 A soap opera maybe |
Count me as the top member of the *we're never going to see scenes in soap operas ever again* club, but here is - just - a maybe. While skipping around on channels today, I saw on The Days Of Our Lives, seems there is a developing story where someone named Clara is trapped in a cabin by Ben. Nothing happened today, aside from the usual chatter, but this is a perfect opportunity for a scene to develop in the coming days.(Just don't hold your breath - I'M NOT!!!) |

Accidentally caught a portion of this yesterday. The guy is the same one who kidnapped the character played by Kate Mansi about two years ago. She was pregnant and he kept her handcuffed and then ziptied off and on for about a week. They had a flashback to that scene yesterday but it had been reshot with a different actress who took over the role when Mansi left. Just read that Mansi returns to that role in a few weeks so if they had planned a little better they could have reused the old footage. As it is we got a replay of the old scene but with a different actress. Has that ever happened before where a series or soap flashed back to an earlier bondage scene but had to recreate it because the actress paying the role had changed? |

Nice looking actress and plot concerns obsession etc so always possibilities. In the trailer she appears bound to a chair and has a plastic bag on her head but no sign of a gag as she seems to be in an isolation run-down building. Can we expect anything more? Is it a remake of another film? |

Clarify? There are four different movies with this title. Be sure you're looking at the right one (1991, with the seriously talent-lacking David Heavener, and Tony Curtis looking for an easy payday. |

Thanks for the heads-up! :) I'm seeing it tomorrow. Can you give more info on the tech used to restrain her? Metal bands? And just over her hands or over her body too? Thanks again! |

So she sits on a chair and there is a metal bar strapping over her chest, and her hands are restrained with cylinder-shaped metal and being held beside the chair (not armrest but like straight below). And the hypnotizing thing makes her eyes become all in glowing blue color, but when she's restrained the hypnotize is turned off so that she can have some talk with her captor. Its a great movie tho and worth to watch. |
