The scene occurs during the first twenty minutes, by my estimate. The damsel is a good-looking blonde woman who has been bound and gagged by home invaders. She is gagged with a white cloth tied tightly over her mouth. |

It's an arrest scene, not to get everyone too excited. |

Starts with a brief side shot of Debbon Ayer mmmphing trying to warn our heroes of home invaders. Then about five seconds later we see a brief head shot of Debbon sporting an OTM gag. Debbon does sell it well despite its brevity. |

The damsel is a good-looking blonde woman who has been bound and gagged by home invaders. She is gagged with a white cloth tied tightly over her mouth. Sounds good. Whats the name of the episode? |

Whats the name of the episode? The episode is entitled "The Fifth Man". The plot concerns a series of home invasions that have baffled the local police. The math whiz who consults for the FBI ascertains the REAL motive behind the home invasions, and it isn't robbery. |

This film is a few years old now but I noticed it wasn't in the db. From what I can gather its a DID-fest. Anyone seen it? |

She got one or two pretty good handgags, too. My favorite scene from the show is probably "The Talons of Wang Chiang," where Louise Jameson, 'Leela', is chloroformed and cleave gagged. My one regret is that Janet Fielding, 'Tegan', never got the full treatment. |

Saturday April 25 11:49:53 2009 Point of order requested. |
Managed to catch the Disney Channel movie "Dadnapped" the other evening and was just about to cobble together an entry for the dadabase...oops, sorry-I meant DATABASE-when I seemed to recall some traffic here about the film when it was first released. I went back and searched for the messages but they didn't seem to answer the most salient question-to wit, whether He Who Provides All Of This would deem such an entry to be acceptable. Apparently the traffic strayed into the area of That Which Is Not to Be Discussed Here and was therefore given the deep six. So, I appeal directly to Him That Is for a determination, and while I'm at it, a clarification. My long-held understanding is that descriptions of scenes such as Emily Osment's in this movie are allowed provided that they are written so as to make no mention of TWINTBDH. Given that Osment is in the database already for her work alongside fellow database denizen Miley Cyrus on "Hannah Montana," one would think the policy as I've described it is still in force. Is it? By the way, there's an earlier scene in "Dadnapped" involving actress Nenetzi Scott that apparently wouldn't be subject to the above. And finally, on a lighter note, with regard to those ready to dismiss Teri Hatcher's upcoming "Desperate Housewives" handcuffing as a "simple arrest scene," their disdain raises a question. It's Teri Hatcher and she's bound, so what's the problem? |

Saturday April 25 17:27:30 2009 Legend of the Seeker - alert |
In the new episode of Legend of the Seeker entitled "Mirror," Bridget Regan is cleave-gagged with a black cloth along with the male hero (actually, they are thieves who magically look like our heroes). Very brief scene, just the gag being tied on. Happens at 16 minute mark. |
