I believe she gets chained to a post in the movie, as was previously shown in a flashback sequence (different actress) in one of the other movies in the series. Not much of a scene in my estimation. I like both Kate and Rhona and I can barely recall the scene. Certainly wouldn't buy the dvd for that reason - or any other reason, to be honest. |

Yes, she's her hands chained above her head standing against a pole, no struggle, no gag, scene lasts a couple minutes and then it's bye bye Rhona :) Not worth a scene in my opinion either. |

The fact that Kate is either not paid enough or no longer interested in sequels is enough to guarantee a straight to dvd release. I like Rhona but Kate has broader charisma. All things considered Rhona would probably make a better DID though (more curves and sultrier). |

However, in one of her scenes Teri was shot completely from behind so you can't see anything. Also, in one of her scenes Noel was gagged but not tied. According to the database, Stefanie Powers has been bound and gagged 8 times. However, she is also supposed to be bound and gagged in an episode of "The Feather and Father Gang" which is not in the database and which I have not seen. Has anybody actually seen this scene? That would give her a total of 9 bound and gagged scenes. I also wonder how actresses would feel if their bondage credits were brought to their attention. |

| Right now CBS is showing a rerun of an episode of Flashpoint where a woman held another woman hostage at knifepoint. At some point in the episode, the hostage's hands are tied. No gag. This scene is not in the database. |

Typical Ron Howard film as spoofed in a comedy show: '..Ron Howard films have no edge.' I'm willing to bet it was in the original screenplay but he had it removed. Outside of slasher flicks or hardcore thrillers it seems 'damsel in distress' scenes in mainstream films are far too passe or otherwise cliche for most mainstream producers/directors now. Far be it for a modern film to show a compromised heroine that can't speak much less move to defend herself. Thanks for the update, think I'll skip the download (book was okay but had it's own ridiculous cliches). Interesting to note the irony that the outfit you described sounds far more appealing than the casual shirt and slacks she had on in the book if I recall correctly. Though I would've taken the slacks had they kept the ropes... |
