The son's girlfriend also looks to be a nice target, but I'll take a Sela Ward scene. She hasn't done much lately, but nice to see her back.

Scene I.D.
Anyone able to I.D. a scene from this description?

It was either a Spanish or Portugese short (about 10 mins) B&W film which I saw aired on Spanish movie channel Cinemania around 1992/94.

A car drives into a large lock up/garage type building two men get out and a brunette damsel is taken from the trunk, her hands were tied behind and she is gagged with several strips of plaster. One of the men starts to take photos of her while the other secures her to a pipe. This other man then starts to threaten her with a gun (which gets a superb bit of acting from the damsel who goes crazy).

Anyone know the film?.

The show, which appears to be the first episode of the next series, will be transmitted in the UK on ITV i, probably in the Autumn or early next year.

No doubt there will be plenty of warning in these columns and other DiD-related fora!

Re: "Comes fully equipped with..."
Another couple more occur....

The very first ep of "Prisoner: Cell Block H" wherein PO Meg (Elspeth Ballantyne) has her wrists secured astern with her uniform tie.

That episode of "The Bill" wherein WPeeCee, or was it Sgt by then, June Ackland (Trudie Goodwin) gets cuffed with her own bracelets.

And that gem of a scene in "HeliCops:Einsatz Uber Berlin" wherein, for some inexplicable reason unless they just thoct' she looked good, and who among us would disagree with that, an air stewardess is gagged with her own uniform scarf.

Anymore anyone.....?

Cheers!

Sela will turn 53(!) next month so she's moved into the uber-hot granny stage.

Still, considering how great she still looks, and how awesome she was back in her early-mid-80's prime,(She never looked better than in her guest appearances on NIGHT COURT) and how she's been gag free all that time, I'd really look forward to this possible scene.

Not everyone who has done this is a celebrity. Honestly, I've had a few friends in LA who have done this. If it's a celeb, the photographer normally makes a big deal about it, so many of these people may just resemble the celebs we want them to be.

Deborah Watling,Victoria in Dr Who
Deborah played one of my favourite damsel in distress characters,in the 60's Dr Who.Of course,I can't recall,if she was bound and gagged in the show.Although,I do remember the bad guys kidnapping her a lot! To the best of my knowledge,Deborah only had one handgag scene,in a lost Patrick Troughton story, but of course,I can't find any images of it.It would be nice to see.Deborah played Victoria's character very well. One of the best damsel in distress characters,in the show.Anyone agree,or disagree?

And there are a few celeb impersonators in there. There was a theatre actress who made herself up to look like the popstar Pink, and another woman who made herself up like Cher.

To the best of my knowledge there were only 4 scenes in the 21 stories that make up the Patrick Troughton era of Doctor who, none of which featured Watling

Anneke Wills in Power of the Daleks & The Underwater Menace, Pauline Collins in The Faceless Ones & Jane Sherwin in The War Games. (Two of these are currently missing from the BBC archives and wouldn;t you know it they are the 2 full treatments scenes)

Do you know which story Watling was supposedly handgagged in? A lot of episodes - but not all of them- survive as a series of Telesnaps so it's just possible there may be an image.

I know she was handgagged in episode 5 or 6 of the missing story, "Fury from the Deep." The bad guy is turning into a seaweed man, and it's a seaweed covered hand that clamps over her mouth and drags her away. A little bit of footage from that story exists of the seaweed guy loading the now unconscious Victoria into a helicopter and taking off with her. Don't know if there are any telesnaps of the handgag, though.

Re: Deborah Watling,Victoria in Dr Who
She's also handgagged in her first story, "The Evil of the Daleks." There's a telesnap at the BBC website of that scene.

Year One
Evidently, there is at least a minor scene for Olivia Wilde and several others in 'Year One.'
