Scene lasts about 10 seconds. Wasn't quite clear on this. She struggles while handgagged only, or "gagged" gagged? IS she actually gagged in this movie? |

Quite a possibility. |

Is it right that Brittany Robertson was bound and gagged in a "Law & Order" episode? |

The Split (1968), I recall that a group of employees are B&G'd in a bank vault, including a few women. Pretty brief scene, but not bad. Good flick too. |

Another scene where unfortunately one of the two hostages is a guy is this one. The damsel is tied up really nice anyway: Title: Strongroom (1961) Medium: Movie Actress: Ann Lynn Description: British b/w thriller. When the bank is robbed, secretary Rose Taylor (Lynn) is tied up - hands behind with rope, ankles tied, tapegagged - and locked in the vault. Negative: Her boss, unfortunately a guy, is treated the same way. Positive: Ann Lynn is wearing high heels, squirms nicely, and judging by a few closeups, seems really tied, not just pretending to be like many others. |

Monday July 20 14:04:46 2009 Play |
I just saw an article about a play that's in Dallas called "Unnecessary Farce." It said an actress named Renee Krupff plays an incompetant police woman. At the end of the play she "hops, crawls and rolls around gagged and bound hand and foot." Anyone in Texas here want to check that play out? |

I saw an online script for the play "Unnecessary Farce." It stipulates that the policewoman named Billie (someone in her 20s or 30s) be tied hands behind her back, feet tied and be gagged with a cloth. She does hop and crawl around, gets ungagged and regagged, and does some unintelligle talking while gagged. Actresses who have played Billie in regional productions are: Renee Krapff, Erin Noel Grennan (the playwright's wife), Jill Szoo, Mariah Ernhout, Dacia Dick, Becca Shivers, Crystal Rona Peterson, Sydney Peden, Seana Hollingsworth, Leslie Marie Collins, April Wyant and Jennifer Bliss. |

Just on a lark, I typed Jill Szoo into Google Images and was treated to a picture of her gagged in her police uni. Couldn't copy the url for some reason. |

My favorite paragrpah reads "A worker on the set of the Columbia Pictures film told Newsday the scene involves Butler driving a car - with Aniston in the trunk. At the end of the scene, the worker said, the car starts smoking and Aniston is released from the trunk." question is, while Jennifer was stuffed in the trunk, was anything stuffed in her mouth? http://www.newsday.com/news/local/ny-lifilm2112985705jul20,0,1228968.story |

Monday July 20 18:09:29 2009 Another one bites the dust |
Looks like another DiD-related website is shutting down. This was posted on H's Damsels in Distress page yesterday. --------------------------------------------------------- However, I feel it is time for me to move on, and say goodbye to DIDDVD, and the DiD community, which, for the most part, has treated me well. I have met some great people through the world of the DiD, in person AND via Email. It has been a fun adventure, and one without regret. However, the toll on my ever-dwindling free time is too much to bear. There are other things in my life that are more pressing, and I feel my efforts are better suited elsewhere. DIDDVD.com will remain up until the end of August, after which it will disappear to the dustbin of history. This does not mean I won't still be checking out Brian's Page, and I will still be collecting scenes for my personal collection. I will just be doing like so many of you: in anonymity. |

Monday July 20 18:58:22 2009 electroshock therapy |
I watched the movie "Changeling" last night, in which Angelina Jolie is bound and gagged while undergoing electroshock therapy. I recall two other A-list actresses who've been bound and gagged in this situation, Sienna Miller in "Factory Girl", and Jessica Lange in "Frances". Can anyone think of any other actresses who've been bound and gagged under these circumstances? |

(What *is* the plural of synopsis?) ...Butler plays a bounty hunter (thus the name of the movie) who learns his current assignment is actually his ex-wife. As the saying goes, hilarity ensues. I can think of a dozen plots and sub-plots that would fit the blurb and still lead to all sorts of on-topic fun for Ms. Aniston, but what's the point? We'll just have to wait for the movie. (She sure is hot. *That's* fer sure!) :-D |

Dogg wrote: > Stuff gagged and then mouth tAped in the first few > minutes I was exultant that the beautiful Julie Benz has finally been bound and gagged in her prolific acting career! I am watching the encore presentation of "Held Hostage", and am perplexed by something. Why did the home invader gag her the first time with a sock stuffed in her mouth, and then with duct tape the second time? Why didn't he use duct tape initially? The home invaders brought a roll along with them, obviously intending to use it to bind and gag their victims. I love the flashback in which Julie Benz imagines herself bound and gagged while meeting with customers, whom she recognizes the home invaders to be. |

I am getting EXACTLY the same thing w/ AOL....it says something like "Forbidden" and that I don't have persission to view the page or something. The funny thing is it does not do it every time....probably 3/4 of the tries get that message but occassionally it will go thru. Weird. Anymore I've just been using Explorer. |

I shouldn't have replied to that post, as it isn't appropriate for the discussion page. Anyway, please add my "complaint" to the contact form also! So keep your fingers crossed.... |

IMHO the best one is still from the British TV series "The Knock." Tape gagged and blindfolded blonde makes her way up the wall, on her feet, AND into the next room to trip the alarm! Perserverance! |

Monday July 20 23:17:15 2009 Song |
Some of you might like a song that's available from I-Tunes. It's called "Gagged and Tied" by a group called "That Dog." The singer is a cute blonde who sings "Would you love me gagged and tied?" seven times, including four times in a row. |
