Redheads
As redheads seem to be flavour of the month here's a question for you. On a very recent episode of "A Town Called Eureka" [aka "Eureka"] a new character [Tess] in the perfectly formed shape of Jamie Ray Newman has been introduced, possibly as a potential love interest for Sheriff Carter.[Lucky Git]
Checked the database and no hits for her which i find astounding as she has a very full CV, anybody want to make my week by telling me this red headed goddess has been B & G?

The old Nancy Drew movies cycle through on TCM every year or so.

Interesting to watch as a period piece of fluff, but absolutely nothing of interest to us !!!!!!!

might be out of topic and be in the wrong board. but can anyone send me a link that has Nancy drew gagged pictures from the books. I know I have seen one where she is gagged and held by villains. I think it was "Mystery at Lilac Inn"...So, any help would be appreciated. I want the Lilac Inn cap and more.

A Perfect Getaway has nothing and should be avoided at all costs. G.I. Joe has a brief chloroform scene for Sienna Miller where she MMPHS her way though it. The movie itself isn't bad either.

The Collector (2009)
There's a review of the recently released "The Collector" in this week's "Entertainment Weekly." It begins by setting up the movie's premise: "During a domestic jewel heist, a scruffy burglar learns that the family members he thought were on vacation have been bound and gagged and are in the midst of being dismembered."

While the thought of dismemberment is a definite buzzkill to say the least, has anyone actually seen this movie since it opened last weekend? Sounds like a particularly vile and unpleasant piece of cinema (I believe it's from some of the same creative genuises who brought you "Saw"), but I wonder if there's at least some tasty bondage before the gore.

There's a pretty good site called 'Girl Detectives in Trouble' There's a heavy Nancy Drew influence there, also some interesting illustrations, and stories.I've never explored it fully, but it's a good damsel in distress site, with plenty of young, lovely snoopy ladies getting bound and gagged by the bad guys.Apologies,if you've already been there.

Apologies if you wanted to search for the link instead of just clicking on it.

Pamela Sue Martin
Pamela Sue Martin as Nancy Drew,

Hey Guys,

Does anyone remember that she play the role of Nancy Drew with the Hardy Boys?(A 70's tv show). I saw the show a few times and I think she got tied up once or twice with the guys, but never gagged (Darn).
It was a short lived series. Could have been some great scenes if they based more of the show on the books with all those good scenes.

Anyway I read she had a great gagged scene in a movie called "Flicks". It is one of those various horror/scene/b-type movies all mixed together with other movies.

Can someone post a picture of this or let me know how I can get the scene myself.

Thanks,

"The Clue of the Tapping Heels" from 1939 has an illustration of Nancy bound and gagged in a stateroom. The title was recycled for a completely different book in 1970 - that also has a picture of Nancy bound and gagged, this time in a cellar.

One of the links I'm posting has the 1939 illustration, as well as the B&G illustration from "Lilac Inn" with the villainess gloating over Nancy.

The other link is to a page of foreign edition covers, which have the bondage on the cover rather than the frontispiece.

Re: Nancy Drew
Isn't it the case that there's been lots of bound and gagged scenes in the Nancy Drew books but no gagged scenes at all in any of the tv shows or movies?

Help please
I just found this pic, and I remember the short scene from awhile back, but I can't remember the name of the actress or show/movie. If someone could help out, I'd really appreciate it. If you happen to have the scene ready to upload, a link on the video page would also be excellent.

Thanks.

Sadly, that is indeed the case. We just have to use our imagination. :-)
