In "Nancy Drew Casefiles: Hit and Run Holiday," Nancy Drew is tied to a pier piling and left to drown. There's a picture of her in this predicament in the background of the cover.

"... she tried to take a deep breath and that's when she felt the gag in her mouth and the tape on her cheek."

You can read the scene online at the link, scroll to page 25

1950s French magazine
This is an old grail for which I have been searching: head and shoulders image of a pretty Bardot-like blonde with a handkerchief tied in her mouth - possibly an advertisement for something - in a 1950s (maybe 1957-58) French language magazine, Paris Match or some other. Has anyone ever come across this?

Burn Notice scene?
No posts as Gabby Anwar finally gets the gag? Any recap? I screwed up my recording and will wait for the repeat Saturday morning at 9 a.m.

It was all very quick, except for multiple handcuff shots at the end. The gag sequence lasted about 3 seconds, as the hood was removed and the gag immediately removed after it. For those liking the hood thing, she was dragged from the vehicle to a building, handcuffed and hooded with the sack or whatever it was. I found the entire experience rather disappointing.

One other thing that kind of bummed me out was Anwar herself. I have not seen this show, nor have I seen her in ages. I remember her last from the movie For Love or Money, where she was young and adorable. To be honest, I almost didn't recognize her in last night's show. She's WAY too thin, her face looks caved in to me and those lovely, sweet looks of hers seem to have hardened a lot over the years. If I did not remember her from days past, I honestly wouldn't even have cared about last night's show. I really don't find her attractive in her present state of being.

I'm guessing one or more of my observations above is the reason why there were literally no updates on what happened in the episode. Beyond that, I would give times but they from a version without commercials. In my version, things started just after the 30' mark for the scene where she's forced from the vehicle to the building. The other sequences come three minutes or so later.

Sorry for the negative review and vague times.

Completely agree with you Wavy. Gabrielle Anwar is positively ugly. The whole face is long drawn, droppy, impact of silicon injections on the lips gone awry, bony arms....actually, the only time I liked her was when her mouth was taped for an instant and her eyes flashed.....
in an other glam serial in a glam place, she really sticks out like a sore thumb

The action starts around the 44 min mark. That's when she's taken out of a van, hooded, cuffed and presumably gagged. All in all, tt was basically the same thing you saw in the promo. There was a little bit of dialogue following the gag removal, but you can't see her cuffed. Later, she's used as a shield as Westin and Sam attempt to save her. You can see her handcuffed then. The whole thing lasts about 6 or 7 min.

General Hospital possibility
Toward the end of today's episode, "Samantha" (Kelly Monaco) was caught snooping by "Jerry". She was listening outside a door when he came up behind her and pointed a gun at her head. There could be some action on Monday. There was no preview for Monday's episode.

Found an online preview for next week, shows her being held at gun point calling the bf saying "I don't have much time".
Whatever that means.
