Wednesday August 19 07:31:13 2009 Perhaps something new here? |
Just been reading through imdb, and see the next two Steven Seagal films may have something.'The Keeper' is where he has to rescue a kidnapped daughter, and 'On the Run' where he's got to protect another young woman from the bad guys. So,it remains to be seen if there's any scenes for us.I think 'The Keeper' is released later this year.'On the Run' is next year.Straight to dvd,of course! BTW,anybody seen that 'Direct Contact' with Dolph Lundgren yet. There's an image on the dvd cover, but I haven't seen it on release yet.The image isn't a favourite of mine, but the actress,Gina May is tied up,and blindfolded. No gag though! She does get a nice handgag from Dolph though. |

We have the Ally McBeal scene, but only one I can > Jessica Alba is pencil gagged in one of the latest films. Can't recall the title but if you search here for Alba in the last 100 days, a photo was posted. |

This may belong on the alerts page but there is not a exact date and time associated with it. If you subscribe to Comcast digital cable and have On Demand : under the Latino section the movie "Furia Texana" is worth a look. Two lovely latina's(is there any other kind) are kidnapped around the 36 minute mark. They are kept bound and cleave gagged for the remainder of the movie in many different ways: tied to chairs, standing up w/arms tied above, tied to a bed. Not a great ending for one of the young ladies. |

Wednesday August 19 20:12:01 2009 This and that and nothing in particular... |
...or as Mary Surratt, the first of only three women in U. S. history to be executed for a federal crime (in her case, conspiring with John Wilkes Booth and his cohorts to assassinate Abraham Lincoln) is reputed to have said before the trap dropped on July 9, 1865: "Please don't let me fall." Well, as a readlly available photograph of the scene indicates, the answer to her prayer was "no." Which, in a way, is what brings me here. As reported in the story at the link below, Robert Redford has been signed as the director of "The Conspirator," a Surratt biopic which may start production later this year. So...it's casting time again, folks. I'm going to have to go with my perennial favorite Jennifer Jason Leigh. She's going to be 50 in a couple of years, and I'd really like to see her finally lock up a Hall of Fame berth. Making her look like Surratt wouldn't be too hard, in my view, and if you saw her in "Mrs. Parker and the Vicious Circle" or Robert Altman's "Kansas City" you know she excels at period work-whether playing real-life or fictional characters. She didn't even do a half-bad job of portraying pickax murderess Karla Faye Tucker in TV's "Crossed Over" if you ask me, although the bondage in that one could have been better. Since Surratt was a Maryland secessionist, there'll probably be an impetus to go with a true Southerner, but I personally think Reese Witherspoon would be too young (I seem to recall Surratt was maybe in her mid-40s when she swung; her adult son, in fact, was charged along with her but fled the country and the case against him was ultimately dropped). Winona Ryder might work if we went with a makeup ace and a superior dialogue coach; try as I might, I just don't see Brooke Shields in this role. At the low end of the age scale Hilary Swank could bring the needed gravitas (and the reputation of an Oscar winner) to the project, but I really don't see her either-they'd have to make her look too much older, among other things. Well, enought of my musings, What do the rest of you think? Let's move on to a more pleasant subject, shall we? How many of you took note of the fact that among the new "Dancing with the Stars" contestants that'll be going backwards in high heels, there are three damsels with a total of 16 scenes in the database? They are, to wit: 1.) Melissa Joan Hart (10 scenes) 2.) Debi Mazar (4 scenes) And last but not least, 3.) Kathy Ireland (2 scenes). Which makes me wonder how many other database denizens have tripped the light fantastic before the DWTS cameras and crowd. I've got to admit that I don't watch this show, so the only one that immediately comes to mind is the much-publicized Cloris ("The Beverly Hillbillies") Leachman from last year. By the way, would anyone who caught her swimsuit cover shot for July's "In Touch" magazine argue that this gal couldn't STILL turn a decent scene, even if she is 83? I sure wouldn't! |
