There's a second movie in the series next week, I think same time, same network. Nothing in the promo.

Ghostbusters the Videogame
Hey everyone. First time poster but long time reader. Just wanted to let y'all know that if you're interested there is a couple breif scenes in the cut scenes of the new Ghostbusters: The Videogame. Won't reveal the story but the actress in question is played by Alyssa Milano. Breif description she is shackled to a statue with duct tape over her moith. So if you want to check it out it is an ok scene and the game is more then worth checking out for any Ghostbusters fan. PEACE!!

Robert B Parkers book... "Wilderness"
No response to the affirmative or negative from the moderator… so here is an excerpt from the book I mentioned in an earlier post…

“He closed the door behind him..Janet made a muffled noise on the bed and moved. The noise was something like a groan”… “His wife was lying naked on top of the bed. Her ankles were bound together with clothesline and so were her knees. Her hands were tied behind her back. Three loops of clothesline pinned her upper arms against her body. Her underpants had been wadded tightly and wedged into her mouth. One leg of her panty hose had been ripped off and used to hold the gag in place. The length of tan nylon was very thin where it held the wadded cloth in her mouth, and wider at the corners of her mouth and across her cheeks where it had been knotted behind her neck”….

Can anyone name two other RBP books with some stunning bondage imagery... I Can

Whoever posted that there was a scene originally was way off. I skimmed through the movie on utube and absolutely nothing of interest.

Sorry, missed your initial question. But sure, quotes
from books are fine.

According to the USA Today writeup, both "Killer Hair" and June 28th's "Hostile Makeover" are based on Ellen Byerrum's "Crime of Fashion" novels.

Since I have read most of Robert B. Parker's books, I can name a few of the ones whose plots contain bound and gagged female characters.
Here are some titles:
"Trouble in Paradise"
"Walking Shadow"
"The Judas Goat"
"Thin Air"
"The Godwuld Manuscript"
"Crimson Joy"

I apologize; this title should be "The Godwulf Manuscript".

Good News fellow Scottish villains!

The Collector is being performed live on stage at this years Edinburgh Fringe Festival from the 18th to the 23rd August. No info on who's playing Miranda yet but if you're interested it's taking place at The Vault on Merchant Street.

Onscreen tying/gagging
What are some scenes that show some good onscreen tying or gagging?

It's likely Disney was running the promos along with "Sonny with a Chance" promos and someone got the shows mixed up since Demi Levato was in both at the same time.

I just posted a link to said scene on the video page. VERY brief but somewhat enjoyable.

Has anyone mentioned the Noel Neill scene in the Superman tv show where she's tied to the railroad tracks?

Given her personal history, which I won't get into but which isn't hard to find out about, I'm sure that being gagged isn't the easiest thing in the world for her to agree to do.

Just saw P2. There's a lovely scene where Rachel Nichols gets taken down and has her hands handcuffed behind her back. She manages to shiff her cuffed hands to her front later, but she remains handcuffed pretty much the entire film.

That's a great passage, not just the initial thrill of when he finds his wife tied and gagged on the bed, but the thoughts that flash through his mind - including not untying her - and the wife once ungagged revealing in fine detail exactly what happened to her.

Iread those few pages many times in my teens

A few word searches on Amazon--'bound', 'tied'--didn't turn up anything but a putz in Hostile Makeover.

Hollywood Walk of Fame and DiD Hall of Fames
Today, Cameron Diaz got her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Which got me wondering how many of those stars are also listed in a DiD Hall-of-Fame (such as H's or Carl McGuire's "Bound for Hollywood).

Well, Stefanie Powers is also on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, but I don't see many others.

E.g., Heather Locklear isn't there, although IMO I think she will be, sooner or later (I can't think of any other actress who has starred in FOUR long-running TV series). Lynda Carter did have one iconic role, but perhaps her numerous other parts has not been considered sufficient). Diana Rigg was made Dame for her British roles, but perhaps her few Hollywood roles (other than as a Bond girl) also are just "below the cut line".
