Friday January 23 03:34:42 2015 Nina Dobrev |
Speaking of Nina Dobrev, she will have a scene possibility in the upcoming horror-comedy "The Final Girls" (2015). The IMDB synopsis says: "A young woman grieving the loss of her mother, a famous scream queen from the 1980s, finds herself pulled into the world of her mom's most famous movie. Reunited, the women must fight off the film's maniacal killer." The movie also stars Malin Akerman and Taissa Farmiga (sister of Vera Farmiga). |

She then added, "and speaking of > hogtying...." to which the lovely Andrea Tantaros > said, "Why did you look at ME when you said > that?" Maybe because Jedidiah Bila wasn't around ;) That would be a good two-fer: Jedidiah and Andrea. |

Friday January 23 10:22:03 2015 possibilities next week |
Chicago Fire has Gabriela played by Monica Raymond appear to be captured by a mad arsonist. He says I'm gonna watch you burn with a worried look on her face. In the Scandal promo Kerry Washington is handgagged and dragged off hopefully leading to a nice scene. Chicago Fire airs Tuesday at 10 and Scandal airs at 10 on Thursday. |

Friday January 23 12:20:50 2015 Sarah Paulson - AHS Freak Show |
Having had a thing for Ms. Paulson since American Gothic I was happy to see her get an actual full treatment scene (the AHS Asylum ones were okay but not really my cuppa). And as a bonus we got two variations on the theme - a red bandanna and a white cloth. However, it was also a bit disappointing, being brief and somewhat poorly lit, and with stage blocking that frequently only showed one head (probably due to fx costs for this series being through the roof. Also, how weird is it to be discussing multiple heads anyway?). That said, it was certainly enjoyable. I thought she looked great with the tighty whitey, and pretty darn good with ol' red. Here's hoping she gets some more scenes in the future. |

I watched the Chicago Fire promo. It's a crossover with Chicago PD. I don't think anything happens there. Based on the promo, it looks like she is just trapped in an elevator and the arsonist comes from the ceiling. Not sure there'd be any type of capture scene and anything good that would come out of this, but you never know. Scandal looks like it could be a two week thing. Next week is episode 10 while episode 11 is called "Where's the Black Lady?" So based off of that, i wouldnt be shocked to see Kerry Washington abducted and handgagged like in the promo at the end of episode 10 and have the actual scene (hopefully) happen on Feb. 5. just my take on the 2 scenes. good catch on Chicago Fire, but i think we are grasping for straws on that one. |

Snowcat wrote: > Elana (Nina Dobrev) is tied to a chair right now CW In addition, Nina is chained, arms above her head on each side for a minute before the chains break through. This happens a couple minutes into the opening after she was tied in the chair. she tries to escape again but is knocked out with magic. we next see her at about 16 minutes with her wrists tied behind her back and around a desk (they are in a high school). We go back to this setting throughout the episode until she is freed. Decent scene, especially if you are a fan of Nina. |

Friday January 23 16:34:12 2015 A movie blurb of "The Boy Next Door" |
Might be some hope for a scene with J-Lo. Movie critic Peter Keough of the Boston Globe wrote in his review... "Keep Oedipus in mind when this tragi-comedy reaches it's catastrophe in a stable full of sharp metal objects, ropes, and a can of gasoline". He rated it two stars if anybody cares. LOL |

The promo for the next episode looks promising. |

Another review says, "For some viewers, “The Boy Next Door” will serve as a sort of sequel to another of Lopez’s damsel-in-distress flicks, 2002’s “Enough." |

Review from The Guardian mentions Kristin Chenoweth being "bonked on the head and tie up with rope," so at least there's a confirmation of that. I'm definitely OK with her getting another scene... |
