Thursday January 01 04:47:24 2015 KC Undercover |
There's a brief tie up of the title character played by Zendaya in the pilot episode of KC Undercover, a new sitcom coming this January to Disney. There is more spy material than I expected for a Disney sitcom, though it is obviously kept lighthearted. For what it is worth, some scripts I've seen for the series had tie up scenes for both Zendaya (3 scenes) and her mom on the show played by Tammy Townsend (1 scene) who is also a spy, but no gags in the bits I've read (it seems they want the characters to be free to spout the "funny" dialogue), but doesn't mean series won't produce an occasional one. |

Thursday January 01 07:22:37 2015 Resisting the Gag |
Been going through my database and I'll be looking for more scene suggestions from you guys. I'm looking for scenes where the damsel tries to resist the gag. Something like wildly shaking her head or turning away. Of course, the captor still overcomes her and forces the gag on (likely because she really has nowhere to go while tied up and all) |

Anyone already seeing this flick with the hot Rhona Mitra ? Any gag scene there? |

Thursday January 01 15:45:12 2015 Interesting idea |
Cinemablend.com posted their top ten list of the best Crime Solving shows on TV. Number 10 was Criminal Minds, where they posted: "They’re the stuff of nightmares if we’re being honest. And while new addition Jennifer Love Hewitt hasn’t been completely assimilated yet, there’s no reason to think her presence won’t improve the show over the long haul. Expect her to be abducted at some point during a wrap-around season finale and season premiere." I'll admit I think they telegraphed it, but one can hope they'll follow through. |

Dextor wrote: > For what it is worth, some scripts I've seen for the > series had tie up scenes for both Zendaya The scene in question was quick, she was grabbed OTS and tossed into a van (by her parents, I think, as a test for her). She's next shown tied to the chair for a few seconds before she stands up, falls down and breaks it, allowing her to get free. Later, she's locked in a storage room, but not bound. Regardless, this show is a must record. Super hot lead, hot mother and loads of hotties in the lead's class. |

Too bad that there won't be any gags for Zendaya. Seems to be another gagless disney chick career like Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez or Ashley Tisdale... |

Gomez and Cyrus have had gags already. Not good gags, but still gags. Also, 3 of those 4 are under 23 years old, so maybe proclaiming them all to have love-Hewitt level no-gag clauses is a bit premature |

Miley has a few gags so far, most recently in her Tongue-Tied video. Selena was silenced by an apple while tied to a chair with scarves in Monte Carlo. |

Did Zendaya receive any handgag in the show? |
