| repeats later at midnight Record number: 11775 Title: CSI: Miami Medium: TV Series Actress: Megan Follows, Unknown Description: Episode: "Whacked" (3.23) concerning a murderer on Death Row, convicted for the axe murder of a woman and strangulation of her partner. The victims were bound hands in front with duct tape and gagged with same. Flashback scenes, good quality, onscreen gagging of the female. A second couple (Megan Follows) is attacked later in the episode, the husband axed to death. When Horatio first arrives at the scene, he enters the apartment and examines the husband's body. He then goes over to the woman, lying on the floor face up, hands taped in front, mouth taped and, so the others already there think, dead. Horatio spots she isn't dead, shouts for help, and peels the tape off her mouth. Later, sitting outside an ambulance, she recounts her story. The flashback shows her being menaced, hands taped but as yet ungagged. As she pleads for her life, tape is pressed onto her mouth in a very good close-up. She survives because she passes out as the attacker tries to strangle her, and then leaves her for dead. |
