Thomas Howell arrive at a hooker's room to ask her where her boyfriend is. Well, the cop takes our a long piece of rope and binds her hands in front of her. He then makes her lie down on the bed as he ties the rope to the headboard. He temps to burn her with his cigarette and puts a white cloth in her mouth to stiffle her screams. Howell attacks his friend and they untie her before leaving. |
