Title: Saw (2004)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Monica Potter, Shawnee Smith, Makenzie Vega

Description: The film contains gory violence and disturbing images. Shawnee Smith is duct taped by the wrists to a chair, and has a giant mechanical gag device padlocked on her head. She has enough time to pull free of her bonds, then has to locate the key to unlock the gag (which also serves as a death trap).

Monica Potter is the wife of the hero, and is grabbed as leverage/bait along with her daughter (Vega). Both are cleavegagged with scarves and shown struggling with their restraints: Potter's hands are tied behind, Vega's in front. Potter pulls free of her gag, then her bonds, but has to regag herself and her daughter when the villain returns.

The sequences are fairly lengthy, including lingering closeups of faces and hands (including blink and miss ones). Smith's scene is at minute 24, while the Potter/Vega scenes are at 39 (just over a minute), 70 (no gags or visible bondage in this one), 80 (five minutes, with several cutaways), and 96 (quick flashback shots only).
