Record number: 11822 Title: Masters of Horror Medium: TV Series Actress: Fairuza Balk, Crystal Lowe, Kristie Marsden Description: Episode: "Pick Me Up" Poor Fairuza has to contend with not one but two serial killers who would both like to do their thing to her. One is a trucker who kills hitchhikers he picks up, the other is a hitchhiker who kills anyone who give him a ride. Fairuza is a woman whose bus breaks down and decides to hitchhike into town. She makes it safely into town. This is more than can be said for blonde Crystal Lowe who winds up tied spreadeagled to a bed naked and gagged. Tortured by the hitchhiking serial killer.(There are several scenes of her being tortured, and it's very messy, this series is on Showtime,) I think she was gagged in some scenes. Fairuza, who is in the adjoining room, is disturbed by the noises she hears and winds up meeting with the hitchhiking serial killer. She escapes, getting a ride with the truck-driving serial killer, who cuffs her hands in front of her and straps her into her seat. There are several scenes of Fairuza cuffed. They are joined later by the other serial killer. In the subsequent fight Fairuza escapes, but later winds up strapped to a gurney with a big honking white tape gag over her mouth, maybe securing some gauze in place. It's not a long scene, close to being a blinkie. There's also an earlier scene of Kristie Marsden cuffed arms overhead to a large tree stump, and wrapped with what looks like barbed wire to keep her secured to the stump. She is not gagged, and her face has a little blood on it. |

Her lover pulls her panty hose off and uses it to bind her hands behind her back. She is then thrown in a small elevator, where she escapes through a hatch on the top. Takes her a few times with her hands still bound. She escapes from the elevator and runs around a big mansion with her hands still tied. She eventually comes across some wire hangers in a closet, which she twists into a tool that pulls her bonds free. She's kneeling in the closet, trying to break free when she is discovered. Although her feet are never tied, this is also a great scene for barefoot lovers. Scene begins about 1 hour, 19 minutes in (without commercials) and lasts about 4 and a half minutes. She's wearing a tight white sweater and a short skirt. Lots of struggling by her. Good scene, if a little dark. |

Very short scene about 1/3 into the movie. |

| Title: The Bone Collector (1999) Medium: Movie Actress: Olivia Birkelund Description: Lindsay Rubin (Birkelund) gets kidnapped by the serial killer along with her husband, who's simply shot and buried. At about 18 minutes into the film, she's shown being led through an underground steam tunnel by the masked killer, gagged with duct tape and her wrists in a pair of early-1900s style handcuffs. In a sequence that begins about ten minutes later and continues for about ten minutes more, she's shown several times with her hands cuffed over her head and her ankles roped together, sitting in front of a large steam pipe the killer has opened and swung around towards her, making obvious the fate that awaits her if the police don't decipher the cryptic clues to her whereabouts he's given them in time. |

| Title: Sahara (2005) Medium: Movie Actress: Penelope Cruz Description: Exactly 60 minues in (without commercials), Penelope has her hands tied behind her back. Only one or two brief glimpses at the restraints, otherwise most of the scene is her standing there with her hands behind her back. She shares the scene with Matthew McConaughey and Steve Zahn. 80 minutes in, she is grabbed by the bad guys and led off. We see her next 91 minute in, where she has her hands tightly tied together in front of her with white rope. The bad guy forces her to get into a helicopter, then pulls a gun on her as Dirk attempts to rescue. She finally jumps from the helicopter and there is a bit more fighting before she is knocked out. Some good closeups during all of this. She's wearing a blank tank top and light pants. All over by 98 minutes. |
