She is sitting in a wooden structure with a white cloth gag over her mouth & her hands are in a wooden frame in the wall in front of her. Some struggling & moaning. She is hand gagged by Louise Robey (Michelle 'Micki' Foster) who then ungags her & gets her hands free but the rescue is interrupted. They are both still in the same place, Elva is sitting with her hands tied in front with dark ropes around her torso & chair with the white cloth gag over her mouth. Robey is having her hands trapped the same way Elva's was & she is struggling very hard. |

Record number: 10598 Title: Salinui chueok (2003) aka Memories of Murder Medium: Movie Actress: Unknown Description: This is a dark Korean movie based on a true story of a serial killer in rural Korea. The film shows a remarkable scene (the last of five scenes) at about the 1:50 mark of a young woman who is grabbed by the killer on a rainy dark night (that was his MO). She ties the girl in a hogtie and carries her in his shoulder by the connecting rope between wrists and ankles. She is cleaved gagged with a broad cloth (which is probably her long sock, since the killer used the victims garments). There is another view of the girl once he rested her in the ground staring in fear firmly gagged and tied up. The film shows three bound actresses who have been "killed" already. All of them with her hands tied behind their backs. One victim has a girdle around her head and another her panties are place in her head (killer's MO). In a very brief scene at about 1:10 mark we see one more unknown actress the only victim that apparently was spared, relating the horror of her ordeal. The killer (whose face we never see) places a rock inside the sock which he uses to gag her. Her hands are shown in close up being tied in fast motion. |

Record number: 648 Title: That Darn Cat (1997) Medium: Movie Actress: Christina Ricci, Rebecca Koon Description: At the start of this Disney comedy a matronly woman (Koon) is abducted but we do not see her bound until about 18 minutes in. She is sitting in a chair with her hands tied in front with thin cord (only seen later when she is released) and a number of turns of very thick rope around her torso. She is gagged with a short length of tape. She is seen again at 1 hour 6 minutes and shortly after. The cat of the title finds her and she and fastens her wristwatch as a collar on the cat to summons help. The rest of the film follows the attempts of the Police, assisted by Ricci, to follow the cat and locate her. At about 1 hour 17 minutes Ricci finds her, but is then also captured and we briefly see her similarly tied and gagged (this is a comedy so the cat also gets a gag!). Short scenes, times with adverts in a 1 hour 30 minute broadcast. |

| Title: Spider-Man 2 (2004) aka Spiderman 2 aka The Amazing Spider-Man Medium: Movie Actress: Kirsten Dunst Description: At the climax of the movie Dr. Octopus has kidnapped Mary Jane (the lovely Kirsten Dunst). We see her tied up with rope, her arms stretched over head and wrapped by a heavy chain around her torso and her legs. When a magnetic field is created by Dr. Octopus' mad experiment she is pulled off the ground (because of the chains) and we see her being stretched horizontally (as if she were on a torture rack). Lots of screaming until Spiderman saves her from death. On Disc 2 of the two-DVD set, there is a fascinating segment titled "Enter the Web" which features the shooting of the climactic scenes shown from multiple angles. It's revealed that Durst was suspended both vertically and horizontally during the bondage sequence, and the filmmakers didn't resort to using a stunt double. |
