Record number: 11903 Title: The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (2005) Medium: Movie Actress: Vanessa Bauche, January Jones Description: Short but sweet scene for the nicely named Ms. Jones (who is no relation to star/director Tommy Lee Jones) in this modern Western. It's preceded, however, by a violent sequence about ten minutes in where a group of illegal immigrants, Bauche's character among them, has the misfortune of encountering a squad of Border Patrol agents, one of them the husband of Jones' character, as they come across. He chases down and tackles a pair of them, smashing his fist into Bauche's nose to subdue her (something that will come back to haunt him later in the film). A moment later she's shown for a few seconds holding a cloth to her bloody, broken nose, her wrists bound with a plastic tie. Then about 35 minutes later, we see Jones in a comfy chair with her hands tied in front with white rope, and brown ropes above and below her breasts binding her to the chair. She's sporting a duct tape gag. Her captor almost immediately covers her with a blanket, so the bonds are visible only briefly, but we get a few more shots of her gagged face after that. The scene lasts about a minute altogether, and is followed by another brief face shot a couple of minutes later. |

While she lies on her side, he ties her wrists in front and her ankles, with a long length attaching her wrists to her ankles. Her boyfriend knocks on the door, but instead of gagging her, he merely tells her not to make any noise. She stays quiet -- until she's rescued. She wears an overcoat during the scene. |

Guy walks up behind her and stabs her with a meat hook. After she falls to the floor, guy starts to bind her feet and hands with duct tape. She is then wrapped in plastic, put into an ice chest, and thrown in the water. Aroung 20' mark, we see two replays of her again getting bound. At the 28' mark, there is another scene of her getting bound from a different angle. |

| Title: Spider-Man 2 (2004) aka Spiderman 2 aka The Amazing Spider-Man Medium: Movie Actress: Kirsten Dunst Description: At the climax of the movie Dr. Octopus has kidnapped Mary Jane (the lovely Kirsten Dunst). We see her tied up with rope, her arms stretched over head and wrapped by a heavy chain around her torso and her legs. When a magnetic field is created by Dr. Octopus' mad experiment she is pulled off the ground (because of the chains) and we see her being stretched horizontally (as if she were on a torture rack). Lots of screaming until Spiderman saves her from death. On Disc 2 of the two-DVD set, there is a fascinating segment titled "Enter the Web" which features the shooting of the climactic scenes shown from multiple angles. It's revealed that Durst was suspended both vertically and horizontally during the bondage sequence, and the filmmakers didn't resort to using a stunt double. |

She's gagged with a washcloth stuffed in her mouth and a blue bandanna tied over it when Doggett comes looking for her. Lots of mmmphing. The sequence begins around the 40' mark, and concludes a few minutes before the end of the episode. |
