Record number: 5766 Title: Retro Puppetmaster (1999) Medium: Movie Actress: Brigitta Dau Description: Ilsa (Dau) plays the girlfriend of Puppetmaster in his younger days. While riding in a train, she is kidnapped by evil zombies who want to kill him, and tied in an upper spreadeagle while wearing an ankle-length nightie. No gag, and there should have been one. Dau is quite a honey, but for god's sake tape this one, don't watch it live. The movie crawls even in FF and the puppets are singularly unconvincing. |

| This episode is scheduled to run from June 10-16. In the Boston area it's scheduled to air @ 2:35 am EST on Sunday June 16 on ABC Affiliate WCVB.
Record number: 6851 Title: Secret Adventures of Jules Verne, The Medium: TV Series Actress: Francesca Hunt Description: Episode: "Rocket’s Red Glare" (1.16) In the last 15-20 minutes Rebecca Fogg (Hunt, wearing her Victorian leather catsuit) attempts to sabotage a rocket which arch villain Count Gregory has aimed towards West Point during a visit by President Lincoln. She’s caught and held by the Counts’ guards as he delivers an ultimatum to her – be my consort or die. She answers by wincing and trying to escape. Fogg is next seen on her back tied to the topmost side of the rocket, which is positioned horizontally but angled slightly upward. Her arms are tied together over the head and her legs are tied together at the ankles. After brief dialog with Count Gregory and her cousin Phileas (who along with Verne unsuccessfully attempted to rescue her) the rocket is launched. In flight she cuts her ropes via a “press on” fingernail blade. She diverts the rocket’s course and jumps into the air just before a set of Icarus-like folding wings sprout from the back of her jumpsuit, carrying her to a soft landing. No gag and not a lot of close-ups, but seeing Hunt helpless in that catsuit is worth it. The high-pitched quiver in her voice as she tries to sound brave while tied up is especially moving. |
