About ten minutes in she's shown seated in a chair, her wrists bound in front, ankles tied, and cleavegagged with white cloth in a short scene. The gag is pulled out to allow her to talk to Ben. About five minutes later, she's again shown in a brief head and shoulders shot, the gag around her neck, again speaking to Ben on the phone. Around the 35' mark, she's shown regagged in a longer scene that lasts over a minute, with several closeups. Ben has tracked down her location and knocks on the door in a ruse to confirm she's there. One of her captors handgags her and carries her over his shoulder into a back room (the actual visual for the carry is very brief) while the other perp goes to the door to talk to Matlock. Ben sees her keys and informs the police, but they find no trace of Michelle when they arrive. She's been moved to a mob boss' mansion. Ben sneaks in, and discovers her about 58' in, accompanied by a bad man with a gun. She's gagged with her wrists bound in front. A shot rings out, but it's a police-issue projectile, and with the danger passed, Ben ungags and unties Michelle. Ms. Stafford wears a one-piece suit dress and heels. There's also a side view reprised closeup still of her gagged in the closing credits. |

She is sitting on a chair, hands tied behind with pantyhose. He gags her onscreen over the mouth with a piece of dark cloth, explaining that he has to keep her quiet. Several closeups. When he is not watching, she frees herself and makes a run for the door. She is caught in time, handgagged, retied (supposedly), but no longer gagged. Later she begins to trust him and is untied. Scenes occur from the opening sequence, where she is abducted in her car at gunpoint, to about 20 minutes in when she is released to dress a wound to his hand. |

She's tied with white rope in an upper spreadeagle, each hand tied to one of the headposts, her crossed ankles tied together and secured to the foot of the bed. She is at first gagged with silver duct tape; then the gag is removed and she is handgagged for a while, until she agrees to talk with her captor. Later she is tied with her hands in front, again with white rope. No gag here, and no further restraints. She is now dressed in a blue unbottuned shirt, a sexy lowcut blouse, and a short black skirt. In the last scene Ms Lee's character, wearing the same clothes, is tied in a car with her hands above her head. No gag. Including commercials, the 3 scenes happen approximately between the .42-.45, .66-.68, and .84-.86 minutes marks, respectively. (give a minute in each end) |

Record number: 11837 Title: The Big White (2005) Medium: Movie Actress: Holly Hunter Description: I can't say when these scenes occur in the film or how widely they are spaced, since this summary is based on a compilation DVD, but this is an unexpectedly cool find. (And it may even be a good movie in its own right, based on the comparisons I'm seeing to "Fargo," which did indeed spring to mind when I first saw the clip.) Wearing pajamas, Margaret (Hunter) gets captured at gunpoint, and is next seen tied to a chair with bungee cords and duct tape. Then, she's been gagged with duct tape, then cleave-gagged with a white cloth, then ungagged, then regagged (and handgagged) onscreen. Next, she's on a bed with her ankles and knees tied together with duct tape. Similarly for her elbows, wrists, and hands, which are all taped in front. She manages to grab a phone with her feet, work the gag off, and dial the phone with the aid of a digital thermometer which she holds in her mouth. Finally, she's reunited with her husband (Robin Williams), after a couple shots of her cleave-gagged again (though apparently unbound) in the back of a car. My edited clip is a solid two minutes long, which isn't bad. |

Just as he's about to unbutton her blouse, she gets a phone call from a male neighbor who heard her screams. When she doesn't pick up the receiver after her answering-machine greeting, he says he's calling the police, which scares the rapist off. Later, Forke's character is asleep in her underwear, face-down on her bed. She awakens to find the rapist standing over her. He shoves her back down and pulls her arms behind her, then ties her hands with a cloth strip. Still later, another actress is accosted by the rapist after letting him in on a ruse. He hand-gags her and throws her down, then gags her with a white sock and ties her hands in front. Next, he holds a thin black strip of cloth over her as if he's going to secure the sock gag with it, but blindfolds her with it instead as the scene ends. |
