Record number: 12222 Title: Law & Order: Criminal Intent Medium: TV Series Actress: Abby Royle, Kristina Valada-Viars, Kathryn Erbe Description: Episode: "Blind Spot" (6.1) Royle is handgagged just be for opening title. Over first commercial, we find Royle her dead with her mouth gagged and bloody. A blanket was lying from her waist down. When her boyfriend is interviewed, they show him a picture of her with tape over eyes, mouth and around her waist. All in the first 15 min. Valada-Viars is found dead lying against the foot of a treet. She has her hands bound with tape in front of her and tape gagged. She is dead and bloody also. 15 to 20 min mark. Erbes is hit on the side of the face with a metal object after noticing her bird is dead. Roughly 28-30 min mark. After commercial, we find her bound with her hands over her head to a hook as a fourth victim is being tortured. We only see this victim dead and unbound in the trunk of Erbes car. Erbes is tape gagged with cloth in her mouth and blindfolded with a scarf. You notice the stuffing as some picks out when you get a closeup of her face. She is briefly ungagged as her partner tries to call. After next commercial, she manages to slide the blindfold down with her arm to see that she is alone. She manages to unscrew the hook that holds her arms over her head. We get a closeup of her hands as she does this. Her hands are bound together with tape along with a leather strap. Her feet are never bound. She uses her mouth to remove the strap binding her hands, leaving her hands bound with tape. We never are showed how she removes the tape. She manages to call for help and is found in the hospital. Her scenes end at about the 45 min. mark. |

Medium: TV Movie Actress: Madchen Amick, Stephanie Moore, Rosemary Dunsmore Description: Madchen plays a woman involved in an investigation into a killer who uses the game Hangman to taunt the investigators. Stephanie plays a pretty victim who is gagged with duct tape and bound. She meets an unfortunate end. Scenes at 16, 26,23,28 minutes. 58 minutes in, there is a 2nd victim named Dr. Natalie Walsh, played by Rosemary Dunsmore. You see her tied up with the noose around her neck as Madchen Amick plays hangman with the killer over the computer, but she is not gagged as she pleads with Amick's character to save her. Unfortunately, the only time you see her tape-gagged is when she is already dead and the police cut her down and try to revive her (59 minutes in). 66 minutes in, the killer sneaks up on Madchen's character and is handgagged while being "raped". Turns out the killer is her boyfriend or something and Madchen's character is in on the killings. Close ups, but you might find it distasteful. 1:22 in, Madchen trys to throw the police off by placing herself in the victim's predicament, wrists plastic zip tied behind her back, tape gagged mouth and a noose around her neck. The noose is tight and has to stand on her toes to prevent getting strangled. As the police break down the door, she kicks the stool away and is suspended. You also see some of the bound and gagged damsels in pictures at 114, 117, 125 minutes in. All times without commercials. |

| Title: Gang of Roses (2003) aka Guns and Roses
Medium: Movie Actress: Stacey Dash aka Stacy Dash Description: In her first gag scene since the Richard Pryor comedy Moving, the lovely Stacey Dash gets the full treatment in this African-American spin on the western movie genre. Dash plays one of five American-American ladies who make up a band of 19th century bank robbers. She's been captured by the law and is being prepared for a hanging when she is rescued by the rest of the gang. During the scene, which pops around the 30-minute mark, Dash is being read her list of crimes with hands tied behind her back and a noose around her neck. She mouths off and receives a nice tight white cleave-gag. There are several great close-ups of her awaiting certain death. When the trap door opens, she struggles briefly while dangling before having the rope severed by a gunshot. She drops to the ground, frees herself and makes her getaway on a horse. Later in the film, around the 75-minute mark, there are some great looking close-ups of the gang members wearing fancy red and black scarves. They wear in preparation for a robbery, but they make pretty nice looking faux-gags. |
