She did some NOH8 photos if this is what you're thinking of?

No, she was a brunette in this. I think it was similar, some this of protest shot.
I may have it on an old tape somewhere because I think there was a video. I'll try and find it.

It's probably this voting PSA. Amanda Bynes was in the same video.

Real or not?
I got sent this image of a supposed vintage ad.

http://brianspage.com/rotc.jpg

This was originally on DA, so very possible that it was
just made up. Anyway, it says it's a Hammer film, well-
known low-budget producer, from 1970. I also note a typo
in the description ("forrest").

I checked the database, nothing listed for that. The
title doesn't ping on IMDB, or even a web search.
A check of a list of Hammer films on Wikipedia doesn't
show anything from around that time frame under another
title.

So, does this look like anything you've seen? Or just
an imaginative fake?

Slow Day news
Somewhat amusingly, the YT thumbnail for the latest Big Picture segment of the Escapist's channel has a good fake of Daisy Ridley with a taped mouth.

My choice for Scene of the Decade would be Republic of Doyle, “The Common Wealth“ (4.06), original airdate February 17, 2013.

Police Constable (it’s a Canadian series) Monica Hayward (Patricia Isaac) is inside an isolated interrogation room with art thief Natalie Hurst (Romina D’Ugo), whose hands are cuffed in front. Natalie surreptitiously picks the locks on her cuffs, outmaneuvers Monica, and gets her hand on the Constable’s gun.

When next Natalie is seen, she is wearing Monica’s clothes, gun, and badge, and walking unchallenged out of the police station, as cool as the proverbial cucumber.

But, if Natalie is wearing Monica’s clothes, doesn’t that mean..? Yeah, it does.

When next Monica is seen, she is found by her sergeant sitting in a chair, her hands (apparently) cuffed behind the backrest, tightly cleave-gagged… AND clad only in her matching black bra and panties. Needless to say, Monica is madder than the proverbial wet hen.

I chose this as my Scene of the Decade for several reasons:

1) The scene is brief (ten seconds bondage airtime), but what it lacks in quantity, it makes up for in quality. The whole scenario is absolutely hilarious. The lighting, editing, AND directing are all top-notch. Kudos to episode writer and series co-creator Perry Chase for coming up with this incredible scene.

2) I happen to be an aficionado of images of beautiful women bound and gagged while dressed only in their undergarments (nude leaves nothing to the imagination), and how often does that occur in mainstream television?

3) Miss Isaac is a stunningly beautiful woman who (aside from her darker skin) bears a passing resemblance to Bettie Page. Her situation looks like one of those old Irving Klaw specialty photos where bare breasts were never shown.

Anyway, that’s my vote for Scene of the Decade. What’s yours?

Nice comment by actress about the scene

Re: Real or not?
Definitely not sadly. Be great if it was an ad for a mainstream film but that's commercial stuff with Steve Villa I do believe, who specializes in fantastic gags with big mouth-packing. I do believe that great gags done by such folks are influencing better/more realistic mainstream gags so it's a win/win for "Us" ultimately

Most likely, the bad girl obtained the material for the gag by tearing it off of the inner lining of her black formal gown (it wasn’t like she was going to be wearing it again).

This looks very much like something from commercial sites, mainly GND (Girls Next Door) bondage. Not just the well stuffed gag, but the grey, very short haired fellow looks very much like Steve Villa. (At least what is visible). Don't think I have ever seen such an awesome gag in any mainstream production

But, it must be added that I am no longer an expert on more recent commercial scenes. For that reason, I cannot even guess what any "scene of the decade" might be. Will add this though... to the gent that suggested the Patricia Isaac scene, I - and think many others - would be horrified if a 10 second scene is worthy of even a mention as being the **best** in a ten year period!.

Re: Real or not?
Kind of what I figured, as it didn't turn up anywhere.
Usually something like this wouldn't be that far under
"our" radar.
