Patty Smyth, possibly in the days when she was fronting the group Scandal, did a song called "Hands Tied." It's actually about two former lovers and the guy is drifting away, but of course the listener is free to create his own images when she sings "How can we touch with our hands tied" and I certainly did when I listened to it. Did the same thing for Spirit's "I Got A Line On You."

He's not wrong, the scene is online and there definitely appears to be a black cleave, or at least something, in her mouth. However, it is so distant that there is absolutely no way to tell if it's actually Scarlett or not, not to mention unlike literally everyone else, her hands aren't even tied behind her back. I love Tahiti Wahiti as a director, but the amount of wasted potential in this scene is off the charts.

Re: Bondage in songs
Olivia Newton John had a hit with a song "Tied Up."
OMG was that a missed opportunity for a great video. she does a "humming" part when you could imagine it was Mmmphs.

I'm drawing a blank right now thinking of "Favorite scenes", but a decent recent example is Lifetime Movie Network's "Escaping My Stalker" (2020):

...During their wait, grandmother Marnie (Mariette Hartley) threatens to have Sandy (Alexandra Paul) gagged if she didn't behave, and has Miles do so with a short, wide, and loosely applied piece of duct tape when she attempts to talk sense into him. The onscreen gagging is preceded by the evil grandmother's "Shut your mouth, whore. Gag her!"

When in the movie does this apparently happen?

Re: Bondage in songs
Country hottie Lindsay Ell has a song called "Shut Me Up" that references being tape gagged. "You can't cover up the truth with duct tape." In the video, you see a silhouette of her unrolling a long piece of duct tape from the roll, but that is it. Such a shame.

Why are we still on this? There is no scene in the movie, you’re just too ashamed to admit that you were fooled by a post over at Didvids. Jesus. Not to mention the database entry describing ScarJo being hung - do people actually think that qualifies as bondage? You can’t even see her face in that part and she’s dead anyways

Funny story (sort of)...I remember back in the 80s, I was a college student and back when this song was still on the charts and radio DJs used to announce songs & artists (I guess they still do), I was driving to class one morning and they were about to play this song and the DJ said something like "OK people, it's 86 degrees this morning and let's start your day with Olivia Newton John, just like I'd like to have her...all Tied Up!"...and then they played the song.

Was kinda funny.

Let's end this now. When someone has caps or clips (appropriate page of course), then it can be revisited.

It is this one:

Title: Niedrig und Kuhnt - Kommissare ermitteln
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Unknown

Description: Episode: "Auf der Jagd" (7.50)

At the start of the ep, two girls are seen untying themselves, but one is recaptured. Tied wrists behind, ankles together tape gagged and blindfolded

Maybe someone here or over at Rob's damsels has it in his personal archives?

Spoilers are out for Birds of Prey. ( They’ve actually been available since November but with the world premier on Saturday, the spoilers have now been verified.) Anyone hoping for a gag for Margot Robie or a scene for Mary Elizabeth Winstead... prepare to be disappointed. :(

But at least Margot gets tied up, right?

From the clip that I've seen, elbows only. It's available on YT. Black Mask orders Zzasz to kill her and - as she makes her case for staying alive - you can clearly see her moving her hands, whilst her elbows are "secured".

Trying to find scene based on a quote
It's from a superhero series, possibly Arrow. Woman chairtied and given an arrowhead to cut herself free with. After escaping she says "What do you mean well done it took 2 hours" Did I imagine this scene?

Not Arrow.

Blumhouse's Fantasy Island
Image from the new trailer shows a blonde (I think it's Portia Doubleday) in a bit of distress. Movie is coming next month.
