Recorded it last night and just watched it. About 35 min one of the kidnappers breaks into Brooke's (Paige Searcy) house, hand gags and drags her out to car. The kidnappers then take her to another house where she's bound to a chair lots of duct tape around her wrist, waist and ankles bound to the chair legs. She tries to bargain with one of the kidnappers but is tape gagged to keep her quiet. The tape, unfortunately, is kinda loose. The kidnappers then make a video ransom call to her mom. Several shots of Brooke bound and gagged with great emoting and "mmmmphing" and the tape appears to be on tighter. After the call, the tape is ripped off her mouth and she's left still tied to the chair. The mom replays the video chat of Brooke tied up to her husband. A few minutes after Brooke is untied. The entire scene from the kidnapping til she's untied lasts about 30 min. About 1hr 40min in, she's been untied and locked in a bedroom. One of the kidnappers bear hugs her and puts his hand over mouth. Kersaid is right. Paige Searcy is very pretty with gorgeous brown eyes. I looked her up in IMDb and she's a former soap opera actress. If you missed it last night you still have two more chances on Sunday (1/19). It re-airs at 5:00pm and 9:00pm on Lifetime Movie Network. |

A better look at the hostage scene briefly seen in the trailer. Definitely not Mary Elizabeth Winstead, as someone initially misreported. https://i.redd.it/eo6l7j1vucb41.jpg |

Thanks for the full description. A pity there is no more gag after the call. I was hoping some more action, maybe a conversation with the kidnappers with another onscreen gagging, but that would have been too much to ask. Anyway top 3 lifetime scenes for me. Btw sorry for the spanish text prediction in my previous post :S |

The episode is “The Mark of the Poisoner’s Pearl”, season 1, episode 10, original airdate January 15, 2020. In the opening minutes, a serial killer sends to Nancy Drew a video head shot of a middle-aged woman named Claire (Moya O’Connell), who is sporting a thick black cloth cleave. The killer gives Nancy only a limited amount of time to find her. In the middle of the episode, Nancy tracks down Claire to a basement room of an abandoned high school. Claire, now ungagged, is sitting in a chair, rope-bound, hands behind backrest. Nancy unties her onscreen. SPOILER ALERT! In the end, Claire, who turns out to be the serial killer, is arrested. A uniformed officer steps behind her and it is implied that she is being handcuffed, hands behind. The cuffs, out of sight behind her back, are not seen. |

In mine, the scene where Nancy sees Moya on her cell phone occurs at around the 30-minute mark as Nancy is sitting in her car. Then about 8 minutes later, Nancy enters an abandoned building of sorts & finds Moya tied to the chair, still gagged. Some sort of gas is entering the room. Nancy ungags Moya and is warned that the gas is poisonous. Then Nancy unties her. Now, there MAY have been another cell phone scene at the very beginning (I was scanning kinda fast) but I don't think so...but there definitely was one in the middle of the episode with Nancy in her car, and Moya definitely was still gagged when Nancy finds her. |

Friday January 17 21:17:00 2020 Lincoln Rhyme |
This year is definitely shaping up to be much better that last year. From tonight's Lincoln Rhyme (2 episodes, 2 good scenes): Annabelle Zasowski tied to a chair and tape gagged near the end. https://i.imgur.com/zakJG1M.jpg |

Very happy and pleasantly surprised to see this show is delivering so much DID action right off the bat. One can only imagine what else is in store for the rest of it's run. |
