My choice for TV series of the Decade would be “Once Upon a Time” (2011-2018).

The long-running ABC-TV fantasy/adventure series compiled a total of 55 bondage scenes, according to our database. That is more than Arrow (2012), The Flash (2013), or Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2013).

Moreover, its attractive female cast regulars fought witches, demons, and such on the front lines, so they frequently found themselves in a bind. They included Emilie de Ravin (Belle) (5 scenes); Jennifer Morrison (Emma) (9 scenes); Ginnifer Goodwin (Mary) (10 scenes); and Lana Parrilla (Regina) (14 scenes).

The constantly changing storylines brought in a steady stream of guest damsels (some of them quite attractive) playing supporting fantasy figures.

The quality of the bondage ranged from the usual ropes and handcuffs, cleaves and tape, all the way to manacles in dungeons and dark towers, and all manner of CGI-generated restraints (branches, vines, and even energy tendrils). Damsels in the series have been tied to posts, chained to walls, secured AOH, and suspended by the wrists.

The bondage was mostly of a melodramatic nature, sometimes requiring a male hero to ride to the rescue of the imperiled damsel.

That is my vote for TV series of the Decade.

Request - Add "2020" to "VCR Alerts" dropdown
Request to the Engineer:

That time of year again... Could you add "2020" to the "VCR Alerts" entry dropdown menu?
