Just off the top of my head, among my personal favs are,

Olivia DeJonge in Better Watch Out
Missy Peregrym in Rookie Blue 2x07 and 4x01
Abigail Breslin in Haunter
Margot Robbie in Focus
Kristin Chenoweth in Family Weekend
Ezgi Asaroglu in O Hayat Benim (60 bolum)
Yekaterina Guseva in The House Elf
Sarah Smick in Friended to Death
Karoline Herfurth in Sweethearts
Evangeline Lilly in Little Evil
Yvonne Strahovski in Dexter 7x06
Ali Michalka & Rose McIver in 2x19 and 4x13 respectively
Alena Kolomina in I'll Give You the Dawn(translated from Russian)
Natalie Portman, Jennifer Jason Leigh, & Tessa Thompson in Annihilation

I'm sure I'm forgetting others, especially those from foreign countries, but this is what I could come up with on the fly. Would have included Anna Kendrick's scene in Mr. Right if the tape gag was actually worth a damn.

My vote for Marketa Plankova from Mordparta 1x06, and I still want to know what did they say in that scene.

My first choice (because there could be a few I'm forgetting about that I may enjoy more) features an excellent handgag and some on-screen gagging:

Record number: 20494

Title: Das Hotelzimmer (2014)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Mina Tander

Description: Long and fantastic scene for brunette beauty Agnes (Tander) in this slow-paced German thriller. Lasting continuously from 21mins to 56mins, she becomes the victim of an obsessed (and irritatingly hyper) stalker who is determined to keep her captive at a hotel room, while filming her the whole time. The scene begins when their initially good-natured conversation turns sour and she tries to turn off the camera/tripod setup. A struggle ensues offscreen, with her having ended up bound to a chair in the next sequence; her hands are each tied to the armrests with black and tan pantyhose, and feet together with a black USB cord.

At 23mins he unties one hand to let her smoke a cigarette, but re-ties it 3mins later. He briefly leaves her alone at 27-28mins, during which we are treated to many great close-ups of her bound, pantyhose-clad legs (and red heels left on the floor in front of her) as she deftly uses her feet to grab her cellphone from her handbag, reach for it with one hand and lean down to make a call. In a panic, she drops the phone back onto the floor as her captor returns.

11mins later, growing weary of his incessant rambling, she begins shouting for help. This gets her a very forceful handgag, prompting much loud and determined mmpphhing as she struggles with all her might. In turn, he produces a thick white cloth and tightly cleave gags her with it; all done onscreen in a continuous close-up. She stays gagged for a full 5mins, emoting vividly throughout but not making much sound. The clichéd "magical" properties of a cleave gag are on show here, for she suddenly becomes completely silent from a mere cloth between her lips. Oh well, at least she looks gorgeous like this!

At 46mins, she is ungagged onscreen to take care of a phone call while a knife is held to her throat. The gag cloth is left around her neck for a further 4mins, until a knock at the door is heard. This gets her another prolonged handgag, just as tight as before, but this time she stays quiet as the person at the door eventually leaves. In a really nice visual touch, Agnes' cheeks and lips are smooshed together with his hand as he slowly re-gags her without letting her scream. Once again she looks truly beautiful, with her lips parted by the cloth.

From hereon, Agnes' captor becomes lecherous: he leans down to spread her legs open (to which she tries to resist furiously, mmpphhing yet again) and begins to rip off her pantyhose. However, he stops when Agnes uses her bound hand to seductively stroke his. When he ungags her again, she uses the opportunity to kiss him and convince him to untie her. He does so, after which they kiss each other passionately on the floor. Little does he know that this is all a ruse by Agnes, who quickly grabs the nearby knife and stabs him with it. She then ties and gags him in revenge. Atta girl.

All times based on the SWR broadcast without commercials.

Tander wears a smart business outfit consisting of a black sleeved top, grey miniskirt, pantyhose, and red heels.

Wouldn't want to proclaim it the best without doing some research and consideration, but "Penumbra" would be a contender for me for sure.

Charisma Carpenter's anniversary
For people who've been here a while I'd like to point out that 2019 was the 20th anniversary of the Charisma Carpenter scene in "Parting gifts" on "Angel." Remember how anticipation for that scene blew up this board?

For me I'm a big fan of nyloned leg, so scenes like the ones in Wilsberg 'Die Entführung', I Love it, DasHotelz and a few others stand out. My personal favorite of the decade is quite recent though, Adrianna Gradziel in Section de Recherches "Ligne Rouge", which features everything I look for in a scene, good quality, gorgeous damsel, short skirt, tights, heels, hands and ankles tied, and a tight effective gag. The last part is especially true in this scene, as Gradziel's mouth is stuffed so much behind that wide cleave that some of the packing is spilling out in a few shots. Big thank you to the director that made that happen, and also props to Gradziel for a stellar performance.

In terms of best scenes in general though, top two on my list would be the iconic Los 80 scene, which is still the most stringent bondage I've ever seen in mainstream, and then Mordparta, with probably the closest to commerical bondage I've ever seen. Credit to both for being such troopers, especially Marketa Plankova in Mordparta, who reportedly had a choice to loosen the hogtie she was in and didn't want to because she thought it wouldn't look legit. Now that's commitment to your craft.

Re: Scene of the Decade?
Oh, and a honorable mention to the great f/t scenes featuring A-list actresses, such as Annihilation and Child's Play, which are always a treat no matter the extent of the bondage, but those two stand out to me the most for their convincing nature. Keep those coming Hollywood.

Scene of the Decade: Stana Katic
I know I'm in the minority here, but by nominee for SotD is... Stana Katic as Kate Beckett in the *Castle* episode *Reckoning* (s07e015).

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4425340/

Brian's dBase: Record number: 19243

I've always been a big fan of the DiD aspect of our, uh, hobby, and *Reckoning* has it all, including:
(A) Gorgeous damsel/heroine
(B) Equally gorgeous villainess
(C) Damsel waking in bondage
(D) The classic bound-on-the-slab situation
(E) Medical restraints
(F) CLASSIC gloating scene
(G) Feisty damsel/heroine rescues herself!

Could the cleave gag have been tighter? Yes, but consider the following "behind-the-scenes" detail: Kate was chloroformed in the previous episode while fully dressed... and she wakes to find herself in a t-shirt and pajama-like pants! She was undressed and re-dressed while unconscious!

I'm a DiD-story kinda guy, and I really like this scene.

(One man's opinion.)

I fully agree. This is an absolutely wonderful scene. Most notably when the damsel uses her nyloned feet to get the phone out of her bag…

Re: Scene of the Decade?
I'm probably forgetting many great scenes but I'd nominate Taylor Cole's tape-cleave combo scene from "Bad Blood." Chiefly:

1) Taylor is a stunningly beautiful damsel.
2) There is another B&G woman sharing the scene for bonus points.
3) Its following an already perfect earlier cleave gag scene to make Taylor a rare double jeopardy damsel
4) There is also the curiosity factor from having her cleave gag taped over with duct tape for no discernible plot reason

Honorable mention for the underwear-clad Trueblood scene with Bailey Noble and the lovely Deborah Ann Woll but that suffers from putz issues.

I realize that no one else (hardly) sees it this way, but since there was no year "zero," a decade begins with a year ending with a "1" and ends at the conclusion of a year ending in "0." So this decade goes through the year 2020.
Okay, we now return you to your regular programming.

Hardly, but including me. This decade has always been 2011-present as far as I'm concerned. 2010 even FELT like part of the 2000s, so I lump it with that. It just gets a bit finicky when trying to convince people that 2000 was actually part of the 1990s. ;-)

Helena played by Madeleine Adams is shown bound to a desk leg, hands behind her back, no bonds shown. She is quickly untied by Riley played by Imogen Poots. Imogen Poots is knocked out and tied to a chair for a few minutes, arms behind the chair.

For all we know, the scene of the decade could be Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pugh tied back-to-back and struggling to get free while trying to communicate through their gags for about 5 minutes in Black Widow (2020)! :D

The scene was self-contained in the middle of the episode, and lasted a couple of minutes. There was no cliffhanger.

Hunt for Bone Collector
NBC is turning the Angelina Jolie movie into a series starting in January. I thought watching the trailer that the female lead was Jessica Alba. It's Arielle Kebbel. Not only does she look like Alba, she sounds like her, too.

Only a putz tape-gagged in the trailer, but hopefully this female lead will get a scene.
