Okay, this is pretty sweet. As I suspected, a lot of the tough stuff had already been done. Using listings from XMLTV and Schedules Direct, I was able to whip up a Perl script that provides DVR alerts for the next 7 days for the movies and TV episodes in Brian's DB. At the moment, it takes about a minute to process ~100,000 listings and returns 1200+ alerts for 500+ movies and episodes. Not bad! I decided to use a spreadsheet format so that you can sort the results by broadcast time etc. if you prefer, though note that you'll need to make a copy in your own Drive first. These alerts are in Pacific time and are based on a Comcast Digital Cable lineup for the U.S. west coast, but the script itself will accept input from any of the XMLTV "grabbers" that exist for most countries. If anyone wants to play around with the code, you can find it here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4u3brXcKItMSXZxMUE0eXA3LUU |

So far I haven't had much luck with this: TiVo never seems to have gotten around to releasing a modern public SDK that supports scheduled recordings, and most of the information I've been able to find is outdated. But it seems like there has to be a way. |

That's true. I don't know why these scenes are much more often in DC Comics, in Marvel Comics are much more common putz superhéroes scenes :( |

I'd bet the majority of DC scenes revolve around those five characters. I was just looking at a pic of the Justice League and, while I don't recognize all the superheroines, all the ones I do recognize have at one time received the full treatment. How many of the female Avengers have received the full treatment? Of the top of my head, I can only recall Black Widow, Captain Marvell(Monica Rambeau), Spider-Woman and Mockingbird(TV). |

Carol Danvers, the current Captain Marvel (the one the movie is about) briefly got gagged with a magic spell in the Avengers vs. X-Men crossover. Moondragon got tied up and tape gagged at one point. |
