| One of the Nick Velvet books has a scene where a female art thief ties up and gags a dancer and steals her costume so she can go undercover for a heist at a museum gala. I think it's called The Stolen Badge or something like that. |

Ian ward kidnaps Nicky (Melody Scott Thomas) and takes her to the Abbott canin where he finds Phyllis (Gina Togoni) and instructs Phyliilis to tie Nicky up tight and then he will do same to her. Chair ties, no gags yet. He says don't make me regret not gagging you! |

Can't even remember how long ago her one gag scene (super fast, dream sequence) was on OLTL. Can't believe she's 42, she was in her 20s in that OLTL scene, I think. |

In THE SNAKE PIT (1948), she is bound in a straitjacket and has a wad of cloth stuffed in her mouth when her character is undergoing electroshock therapy. I think that Olivia is extremely beautiful and I am very disappointed that she has not been bound and gagged yet. Below are some pictures of her. The villain goes through his whole plan in discrediting her before they perish in an explosion. He then gags her before leaving. Some gag talk and struggling before she is rescued by her brother. One of the better historical romances. |

| The Catchpole Story by Catherine Storr Epic sequence goes on over 3-4 chapters. The teen heroine is searching for her missing brother, and goes house to house with her friends. The bad guys capture her and there is a vivid description of her being tied hand and foot, blindfolded and gagged, then marched out to a car, where she is hidden under a blanket to smuggle her past her friends. She's driven out into the middle of nowhere where her escape attempt proves futile, though she is subsequently untied Story nicely captures both the physical and emotional distress of her ordeal There's also an edition of this book with a beautifully shot portrait of a girl tied in the back seat of a car on the cover |

| Impostor by Sasanne Winnacker Young adult and shape-shifter Tessa is part of a group of gifted youngsters who can do all kinds of extraordinary things with their bodies and minds. For this book they are going after a serial killer. Later in the book, she wakes up tied, hand and foot. She is joined by her psychic friend Kate, who is bound with duct tape. The killer starts to torture Kate, so Tessa protests, so he only tape gags her and leaves for a bit. That doesn't stop her from communicating as Kate talks to her through her mind. Kate amplifies her shape shifting powers to reduce her arm size to a child so she can slip her bonds. Then the frantic untying begins. Quick, but original (if you haven't read the Emma Frost comic.) |
