Read something about Emilia Clarke starring in a short film called Shackled. As the name itself implies bondage, I'm intrigued, but I can't find it anywhere online. Anybody else heard of this? |

For instance this weekend, I finally read Mancy Drew Files #19: Sisters in Crime and read Nancy was bound hand and foot. I should make a list sometime. Here's the cut & paste: > #3 The Bungalow Mystery (just Nancy, no gag) > #4 Mystery at Lilac Inn (just Nancy, gag, picture) Note: reprint contains a diff b/g scene than the 1930 original printing > #5 Secret of Shadow Ranch (all 3 girls, no gags I > think) > #6 Secret of Red Gate Farm (all 3 girls, no gags I > think) > #11 Clue of the Broken Locket (nancy and another girl, > gags) > #14 The Whispering Statue (Nancy, gag I think) > #16 Clue of the Tapping Heels (Nancy, gag, picture) Note: reprint contains diff b/g scene than 1939 original > #19 Quest of the Missing Map (Nancy and a couple other > girls) > #21 The Secret in the Old Attic (Nancy, gag) > #27 Secret of the Wooden Lady (Nancy, George, maybe > Bess?) > #28 The Clue of the Black Keys (Nancy, gag) > #29 Mystery at the Ski Jump (Nancy, gag) > #30 Clue of the Velvet Mask (Nancy and Bess, blindfolds) > #31 The Ringmaster's Secret (Nancy and George, gags) > #34 The Hidden Window Mystery (all three girls, I think > gags) > #36 Secret of the Golden Pavilion (Nancy, gag, Ned also) > #38 Mystery of the Fire Dragon (Nancy x2, Bess w/ > Blindfold, another > girl, 2 pictures) > I hope this helps anybody who was interested! add: Clue of the Old Album 1947 Mystery of the Ivory Charm 1936 Scarlet Slipper Mystery 1954 The Swami's Ring 1981 Mystery of the Winged Lion 1982 Secret at Seven Rocks 1991 Secret at Solaire 1993 Fortune-Teller's Secret 1994 Secret of the Scarlet Hand 1995 Case of the Vanishing Veil 1988 Baby Sitter Burglaries 1996 Emerald Eyed Cat Mystery 1984 Race Against Time 1982 Silver Cobweb 1983 |

Tuesday June 28 16:47:52 2016 Bondage in Books |
or BiB. I promised I would do this. I'm just going to grab a random book off the shelf now and then and give it a mini review. Lots of Nancy Drew fans on here so I'll start with an unknown sleuth book with an illustration of her tied up. Enjoy! "The Mystery of Greystone Hall" by Norah Smaridge Sleuth Robin Miller finds herself tied up by a robber (hands behind, ankles, no gag.) She discovered by a male friend who gets tied back to back with her. Gorgeous illustration on page #144 of the cute Robin tied front and center. She is covered with rope. They are eventually rescued by a housekeeper. Quick, but adorable read. Happy hunting. More to come, The next one will be "Killer Pizza." |

"Killer Pizza" by Greg Taylor. Part of a squad that investigates monsters, Annabel Oshiro finds herself kidnapped by said creatures. She wakes up blindfolded, gagged (I'm pretty sure it's an OTM) and her wrists and ankles tied. After a couple chapters of internal thoughts and struggling, the lead baddie takes off her gag and blinfold to tell her his evil plan before putting the gag back on. She's rescued a few chapters later. A real gem of a cheesy looking young adult book. |

Has Nancy Drew ever been bound and gagged in a videogame? I can vaguely remember one where you could only see a close-up of her tied hands. |

Tuesday June 28 20:47:36 2016 Un Camino Hacia El Destino |
Today's episode of Un Camino Hacia El Destino (started at 8:00 PM eastern on Univision) has 2 faux gags in it. A woman is wearing a surgical mask that does not cover her nose. A woman is in a hospital bed with an oxygen tube in her mouth. |

"The word was cut in two, forcibly, by a hand that was clapped across Judy's mouth with such violence that she staggered backward and caught her breath in a quick, terrified gasp... ... "...She tried to turn, but something held her in a vice-like grip, gagged her with a strip of blue-checkered cloth and in another moment she was enveloped in smothering darkness. ... "She struck out frantically with her hands until they were bound. Then she kicked with the full force of her body but she was powerless to escape and her fate seemed to be in the hands of the swift creature who was carrying to--she knew not what." |

Here you go Vandal. Next week's Pretty Little Liars has a hospital scene with REAL restraints. Sasha Pieterse is the happy victim. |

Penny Parker also had a scene or two, and must have been the inspiration for Teri Hatcher's MacGyver character of the same name |
Tuesday June 28 22:30:17 2016 Damsels in 4K |
Now that 4K Blu-ray has taken off, here is a list of all available and/or upcoming titles with DiD scenes in them: Available: The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (Emma Stone handgagged) Deadpool (Morena Baccarin tape gagged) Divergent (Shailene Woodley handgagged and bound) The Expendables 3 (quick shot of Ronda Rousey cleave gagged) The 5th Wave (Chloe Moretz handgagged) Ghostbusters (Sigourney Weaver handgagged) Ghostbusters II (Sigourney Weaver bound) Hitman: Agent 47 (Hannah Ware bound) The Last Witch Hunter (Rose Leslie bound with vines) The Maze Runner (Kaya Scodelario bound) Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials (minor scenes for Adelaide O'Brien and Kaya Scodelario) Now You See Me (Isla Fisher chained) Pan (Rooney Mara bound) Upcoming: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (Diane Lane cleave gagged, possibly more in the Extended Cut) Criminal (Gal Gadot bound, tape and stuff gagged OH, MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) The Huntsman: Winter's War (Jessica Chastain chained) Insurgent (Shailene Woodley bound) Lucy (Scarlett Johansson hooded and bound) Oblivion (Olga Kurylenko bound and blindfolded) Snow White and the Huntsman (Charlize Theron bound, Kristen Stewart bound and handgagged) The Town (Rebecca Hall bound and blindfolded, Kerri Dunbar cuffed) Of course, the 4K codec hasn't been cracked yet, so don't expect the Video Page to be flooded with these anytime soon (then again, you never know). Those of us who are lucky enough to have purchased 4K TVs, players and discs should have lots of fun with these. And yes, I realize that, with a few exceptions, most of these are either lame or merely okay scenes, but it's a great start for the format. In the near future, we may have 4K releases of classic scenes like "Raiders of the Lost Ark" and recent movies like "Focus" and "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" (US). Some classics, like "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre", have already been remastered in 4K and screened in select theaters, so they will definitely see a release in this format. I can imagine this forum blowing up if "Into the Blue" and "The Disappearance of Alice Creed" are released in 4K. I know I will! In contrast, the 3D format has been a bust for DiD scenes. I think that, so far, the only few notable 3D Blu-rays (along with some of the aforementioned blockbusters) are "Texas Chainsaw 3D", "Hidden 3D" (2011), "The Avengers" and... Disney's "Tangled". Oh, and "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" is coming to 3D soon. On a semi-related note, "Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey" (Annette Azcuy, Sarah Trigger bound and cleave-gagged) will finally be coming to Blu-ray as part of the "Most Excellent Collection", as are "Road Games" (2015) and the quite violent "Hardcore" (1979) and "Eleni" (1985) (the DB has quite graphic descriptions for these two). And only a couple of weeks left before the latest seasons of iZombie and The 100 come to BD! |
