Criminal Blu-ray
No extra scenes. In the making-of, Costner briefly says what he had said on that late-night-show interview about him and Gal Gadot meeting on the first day of shooting and that he had to "tape her up". I skimmed through the behind the scenes stuff and didn't find any additional angles of Gadot gagged, but I could be wrong.

There is a "Director's Notes" feature (basically a commentary for specific scenes). The Gadot DiD scene plays out in its entirety, and the director says that the scene was much more brutal on the original cut, but he had to edit it down after it didn't sit well with female audiences on the test screenings, saying that "they couldn't excuse what he did to her".

On the plus side, the movie will be available on 4K Blu-ray, so, once the format is decoded, we should have a ultra-super-mega-high-def version of this lovely scene.

On The Farm
This movie recently aired in Canada, does it have any scenes of note? Watching the trailer it definitely seems like it has potential for serious DID scenes. It was recently streamed on the official CBC site but unfortunately can't be viewed outside of Canada. Maybe one of our Canadian members who's seen it can verify any scenes? Would really like to know if there's any B&G scenes at all.

Re: On The Farm
My bad, the movie title is Unclaimed, On The Farm is the name of the book it's based on.

Brie Larson is 'Captain Marvel'
Hopefully she'll be like Mary Marvel

Checking TV listings automatically
I mentioned this earlier on didvids, figured I might as well mention it here also. Hope this is an acceptable place for it, Mr. Mod...let me know if Video would be preferable in the future.

One of the ideas I've been kicking around for a while now is a program that would check the scene titles in Brian's DB against a (preferably free) online DB of cable listings. That in itself would generate VCR/DVR alerts for us automatically, which would be incredibly handy, and it doesn't seem like it should be all that difficult. But it might even be possible to take it one step further and have it record those shows automatically on DVRs with a public API (like TiVo) or computers with a tuner card.

My guess is that some of these pieces may even have been written already. I've only just started looking into it, but if anyone here knows of resources that would be helpful for a project like this, I'd greatly appreciate it if you could let me know.

Captain Marvel is a character with strength on par with Superman's.

This is gonna be a repeat of the Supergirl situation where people somehow still get upset when she doesn't get bound and gagged even when there's virtually no chance of that happening to begin with.

Too bad she wasn't the character who had to be prevented from saying 'Shazam'

Preacher
Preview for next week's season finale of Preacher on AMC has one girl being spanked, and a second sporting a ballgag. May be more of interest in the actual episode.
