She's sitting in a lounge chair by the pool with her hands underneath a blanket. She claims to have no info on the murder but asks them to do her a favor and lift up the blanket. They do and find her wrists chained together in front with the chain attached to a table. She says her husband is a crazy drunk and leaves her like that so she won't cheat on him. She begs them to get a rock and break the lock but instead they say they won't release her until she gives them answers. She paces back and forth, all the time squirming in her chains. She tells them a long involved story but they clearly don't believe her. She again begs them to let her go but they continue to question her. Then she gets downright belligerent and screams at them and yells "I'm chained, I'm chained, how would you like to be chained!" They question her a little bit more and then are about to let her go when a nurse shows up and says that her husband is long gone and everything Rita said was a lie because she spends most of her time in the drunk tank. Hart looks at Wilson and says "An alkie!". They leave and the nurse says to Rita that she must drink her milk because she promised the judge she'd stay dry. Scene is minor, but it is different and Rita looks pretty good pacing back and forth attached to that table. I'm almost positive the title is "Who Killed Julian Buck?" (1.5). I seem to remember that it pops up about midway through the episode. Saw this on MeTV which skipped season 2 and went straight to Amos Burke, Secret Agent which only had the scene listed in the database. I'd hoped it would be a scene fest like the Man From UNCLE, but no. Have no idea if there was anything in season 2 or the 1994 Burke's Law revival. |

| Forgot to mention that Rita wears a short sleeved shirt and capri pants in the episode. Kinda looks like a pissed off Laura Petrie. And for accuracy's sake it's Detective Tilson, not Wilson. |

Grounds of Death - Andrea Zanetti - another great sleuth gets into trouble and is B&G |
