Re: Class/status/ diifferences between damsels

For F/F captors and taunting, there was Lifetime's "Family Vanished", where for the first hour the home of art gallery owner Kelly Packard is home-invaded by a woman/daughter/boyfriend, who bind and taunt their opposite numbers (especially Elise Luthman, who is gagged throughout the entire first day and night as punishment for an early escape attempt).

For damsels captured together, there are several TV tropes. E.g.,
A) Undercover/Plainclothes Policewoman captured with her charge. E.g. T.J. Hooker ("Blood Sport"; 5.16), with Heather Locklear held b&g along with the senator's wife (Kim Miyori).

B) In Lifetime's "Daughter for Sale" (2017), judge's daughter Emily Tennant is the one who doesn't fit the profile of the other runaway captives).

C) One of the best examples was The Rookies ("Time Lock") episode:

Record number: 11233

Title: The Rookies
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Tyne Daly aka Tyne Daly Brown, Shari Price, Wanda Bailey

Description: Episode: "Time Lock" (2.21)

When a bank robbery goes awry, male officer Terry Webster is taken hostage along with three women employees/customers. They are held in the bank vault, and are tied to chairs (no gags) for most of the episode. One woman is pregnant and is untied when the stress of the situation causes her to go into early labor.

The three female hostages are: A very pregnant customer (Tyne Daly), an attractive twenty-ish teller with a French accent and wearing a skirt, and a still-attractive late-30s/early-40s bank executive in a business suit and coiffed hairdo. The most-memorable captor/hostage interaction came with the executive. Subject my remembering an ancient episode:

Head captor lears somewhat at the attractive teller, then moves on to the next chair-bound captive.

Head captor notices that executive does not wear a wedding ring. "So what's your story? -- You're not an old maid, are you?"
"Divorced".
The captor makes a crack at that along "Well, you're no spring chicken, but what I see -- I like.".
Executive (cooly): "Thanks."

Later, when the teller objects to the head captor's treatment of the pregnant customer, he slaps her face.
The executive protests, but when the captor moves in front of her, he only feints a strike, sneering "I'd slap you too... but you'd probably like that!"

The executive's face reddens at the taunt, but wisely stays silent rather than making the situation worse.

Re: Dune 2021 trailer
The new trailer is suitably epic; this new version's scope and scale will definitely do the novel justice under Villeneuve's meticulous direction. We won't see Lady Jessica's f/t scene until the movie is released; but as an integral plot development it will definitely occur - and will probably be a longer scene as per the book than the 1984 film's. They won't copy that film's elaborate muzzle gag either. I personally think they will go simple but effective. A big cloth wraparound or OTM with substantial mouth-packing; something very silencing as her voice is a weapon. See how close I am lol. Oh where are our movie "insiders" when we need them lol. People out there have seen this film already - hopefully some of "Us" will too soon. Anticipation growing daily :).

I would temper those expectations for now Jim. Don't set yourself up for disappointment. There are many ways they can silence her without something that is physically silencing in reality or even considered a gag. And you know Hollywood these days.

Not to sound pessimistic or anything, I'm excited for the scene too and the movie in general, just saying it's not a given.

A gag is fundamental to the plot, & as has been noted earlier, the producers cast someone in the role of "Deaf Trooper," which is similarly fundamental to the plot.

Personally, I'll be very surprised if there is NOT some sort of fancy & noteworthy gag. The Baron & his staff are putting a LOT of planning into the attack.

I see Mr. Mod rolling his eyes, so we better not let this develop into a lengthy thread but should just wait 'til the end of the year & see the movie... & THEN YOU'LL ALL KNOW I'M RIGHT! :-)

Re: Dune 2021 trailer
Agree that too much speculation never helps. But also think there will be a scene. Villeneuve is a bit of a maverick and follows his own vision, irrespective of Hollywood trends. You just have to look at his Blade Runner film. Very edgy with naked female replicants, giant nude female statues in Vegas, giant holograms of naked Ana De Armas etc. Very erotic and suggestive imagery. So he may make Dr Kynes a woman, and Lady Jessica more of a fighter, but her scene will definitely remain. And it will be great :).

If you could be on set for one scene....
There have great discussions on this page over the years, but I am not sure if this topic has been discussed. My question is if you could be on a movie or tv set, being able to see behind the scenes, what one scene would you want to watch up close?

Re: If you could be on set for one scene....
Definitely the original(and still the best)Alice Creed film with Gemma Arterton. Still the best mainstream bondage film of the new millennium. And nobody wears a tight ballgag better than Gemma, that goes for commercial product actresses too. The way it sits right back in her mouth and her beautiful lips..just WOW. Would love to have been whichever crew member was responsible for securing and gagging her for takes. The way her gag went "pop" when it came out. Doesn't get any better.

Only Murders in the Building
I didnt put the actress name in the title on purpose because its only a picture and the actress is a big name. Plus, I dont know if its been mentioned already.

Selena Gomez is in the upcoming move, Only Murders in the Building. There are pictures of her covered in blood (guessing not her character's blood) and handcuffed hands behind.

No idea what else there will be or if this is it. Figured Id mention it because Gomez isnt in situations like this often.

Yeah, that would have been really interesting. That ballgag was tight. Good one. Which brings up a good point. Would the prop master be the one to gag her? I am not familiar with film production to know.

Re: Dune 2021 trailer
Speaking of the director's style and vision et cetera I think the look of Lady Jessica in the first trailer is telling. When her and presumably the other Atreides household concubines are in their off-world travel outfits or whatever they are. Faces covered in small chains and veiled. Like something out of a Gor novel. Not even David Lynch(sorry, I mean Alan Smithee ha)used outfits like that. Francesca Annis was always dressed very regally in his film. And Chani in her see through white gown in the desert is a nice sight too. This film is going to blow us all away methinks.
