| NBC has renewed Mysteries of Laura for a second season. Very surprised since the ratings were beyond terrible. Despite a bad season scene-wise, I think next year could be different. I'd expect a reboot focusing more on police work and less of the family life, which kills most chances for scenes when they waste 15 minutes in her house. As much as I'd like to see Messing get a new scene, her cop sidekick would top my wish list. Janina Gavankar, who has a couple minor scenes before but nothing with a gag. |

(haha, that's a joke, for you fans of the show!! :-)) |

I've always enjoyed her (unfortunately rare) appearances on The League, and I was bummed she never got the treatment on True Blood during her time there. She's a beauty. |
