In *my* re-written version, instead of the lame vintage "Official Detective"-type magazine he'd provided as an inspiration for writing (well, typing a novel on a manual typewriter), there would've been modern-reprints of Irving Klaw photo compilation books. And Klaw's imagery of Bettie Page F/F bondage & spanking would've fit in with the psycho's 1950's-themed rooms/clothing/makeup/hairdos and enforced household discipline. |

| A brief ball-gag scene on SNL last night. Not from Dakota Johnson, but from cast member Kate McKinnon. In the opening monolog, Kate's "husband" asks Dakota Johnson if she can sign his "wife's" ball-gag. McKinnon is shown with a bright pink ball-gag, but quickly spits it out to talk. Scene is available with a quick internet search. |

I was hoping they'd spoof a scene out of the '50 shades' film with dakota but no such luck (that show avoids bondage 99.99% of the time). The funniest bit was when dakota's character was slapped in the talk show spoof and she said "Harder!". That caught me by surprise. |
