Not the exact time, but approx. 15min before the end of episode. Keep in mind that there were two different episodes strung together. The gag scene is at the tail end of episode 3.04, HOME. The chair tie was in episode 3.05, A HOSTILE WITNESS. |

| Didn't do anything for me, but the season finale of Pretty Little Liars opened with all four of the lead actresses in a prison transport chained together wearing handcuffs. Later, Sasha Pieterse got to shuffle along wearing a full set of prison transport chains, including ankle cuffs. Finally, Janel Parrish got to put on a gasmask. |
