Completely disagree. Seeing as it's one of the rare onscreen applications of a wraparound duct tape gag (I can only think of a handful of other such scenes), it gets a double thumbs up from me. Wraparounds have really been catching on in mainstream scenes in the past few years, which is good.

Agree with Sam! Also thought the struggle was excellent. Loved the energetic chair hopping!

My question is how did Donna Mills look in thus movie? Now 74 and a long way back to Play Misty for Me.

Donna Mills herself had a duct tape wrap around gag in the 1971 movie "Play Misty for Me" - the first time i ever saw duct tape used that way. Maybe the director remembered that scene also.

That's surgical tape, not duct tape. I think that duct tape was first used to gag an actress sometime during the 1980s, wasn't it?

John wick
Don't think anyone's mentioned this yet, but there's a very brief scene for Adrianne Palicki in the movie John Wick

She plays a rival assassin who after a failed attempt to eliminate Wick wakes to find herself in a chair, cuffed and tape gagged. The gag doesn't stay on for long but there's some nice close ups of her wrists as she tries to get free

Marjorie de Sousa- HEFDM Finale
Nothing else very relevant happened for Marjorie de Sousa in the soap opera's finale from yesterday. Only her hands tied up in front, while being inside a crate, with no gag. There was also a clumsy handgag for Mariana Seoane.

Very brief, but at least there was something. You can check out the caps from Marjorie's bound and gagged scene on my site.

Bound
Charisma carpenter has a scene worth viewing in this netflix flick-- not gagged, but gorgeous and topless!

Poker Night (2014)
This putzfest (and gorefest) of a movie nevertheless has some distress for Halston Sage. Her ankle is chained for most of the movie, and I think she's tied to a chair at some point. I quickly skimmed through the movie, so I may have missed something. There is a tape gag scene near the end of the movie for a damsel that's, um, not appropriate for screencaps.

Really bummed, especially considering that Sage also avoided the gag on Crisis.

I think it looks great judging from the preview. Nice on screen wraparound gagging...
