I watched a preview trailer on YT for The Bridge. If it's the same show you're referring to, it's a putz.

I can't post the link on this page, but if you type in "The Bridge(Preview Trailer), you'll see it.

THE 39 STEPS
Masterpiece Theatre had an adaption of this Hitchcock thriller last night. It had a hand gag scene and a cleave gag scene at around the 40 minute mark. Major putz interference in the gag scene.
I didn't post it in the alerts section because these PBS shows are to varied around the country to give an exact time for reruns, CYLL.

Tim and Eric Awesome Show Season Premiere
At about five minutes in to last nights episode of Tim and Eric, during a police parody a woman was being held captive with a fairly wide piece of tape over her mouth. No visible bonds aside from that, but very unexpected scene.

Thanks for the update on "Masterpiece Classic: The 39 Steps." I tuned in just a minute after the scene occurred, apparently, because there was nothing in the second half I watched.

Here's the good news: The entire show is available to watch for free at PBS's site. The link to the video is included. The whole scene for the damsel (Lydia Leonard), handgag and white cleave, runs from the 38th minute through the 39th.

So yes, it's short, there are no great closeups, and there's a putz, and she gets herself free and ungags herself immediately, only getting to him afterward. So that all sucks. But there are upsides: She's quite pretty in a very natural, un-Hollywood way, which I find very appealing. It's a nice gag, too.

If you're the type who's massively turned off by any putz interference, you probably won't like it. But if you're the type who can enjoy a gagged heroine regardless of the putz, I think you'll dig it.

Long story short, it's no classic (pun intended), but it's a nice little surprise popping up on PBS.

Alma indomable - alert
In today's episode of "Alma Indomable," Lilibeth Morillo is hogtied on a hospital bed and cleave-gagged with a red bandanna. She lets herself be tied up to cover for a guy escaping from the hospital. Scene begins about 20 minutes into the episode. People with the West coast Univision feed can catch it at 3 p.m. Central time.

The Crazies
Lots of scenes for Radha Mitchell in this movie. She's strapped down to a gurney and then has a gas mask put over her nose and mouth. Later, she's tied to a chair and tightly cleave-gagged. Nice thick one too. Later still, she's tightly hand-gagged.

Pretty good movie too if you enjoy those apocalyptic infestation movies.

She talks a little about both scenes in an AICN interview:

COP OUT
Seen nothing about this one. Wasn't that scene of Ana De La Reguera, shown on Friday, from the movie or another one.

Theres two scenes, the trunk scene in the trailer, which is meh, but she's tied to a chair and wrap tape gagged at the end.
