Does anyone have any information about this scene that was posted on Major john's the other day. There appears to be nothing in the database unless it's under a different name. I searched on imdb and I can't seem to tell what this is from? Any help is appreciated. Thanks |

The episode you're thinking about aired last Monday and judging by the preview for this Monday, you're not gonna get anything. At least, promos showed nothing of interest. |

I was simply noting that her description of how the character was gagged -- specifically about knots and packing, and how hard the gag is to get off -- is far more elaborate than what most writers would include in the screenplay. And while there certainly are women who write scenes for female characters -- it's all through romantic suspense novels -- the degree of elaborateness noted in this screenplay struck me as a bit extraordinary (in a good way). |

Another good example of a female writing a great DID scene is Suzanna Love, who not co-wrte The Devsonvlle Terroe, she also starred in it. So she not only wrote some good stuff, she wrote it for herself !!!! |

A minor hand gag scene for Alice Braga a little over the hour mark. It's quick, but something for people looking for her in a scene. I believe this is the first action she's gotten in any movie. Just a heads up. |

Sunday March 21 19:29:33 2010 The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo |
Saw this at the cinema earlier, subtitled Swedish thrillers with a 2 1/2 hour running time may not be to everyone's taste but around 50m in there's a powerful scene for Noomi Rapace. She's being blackmailed by her parole officer for sexual favours, when she fights back he cuffs her face down on the bad, stuff gags her and then secures her spreadeagle before forcing himslef on her. There's some effective struggling before the full spreadeagle. Be interesting also to see how the proposed Hollywood remake handles this element of the story - and who they cast (Carey Mulligan is rumoured but take that with a pinch of salt)Moxx of Balhoom |
